Very professional and helpful. He made an effort to solve the problem as inexpensively as possible. When he ultimately decided to use the auger, he first made sure I was ok with the price. The total cost was exactly what he had quoted me. He was at the house for 1.5 hours but did not charge a service fee (I had the Angie's list coupon). I will be using Rocket Rooter in the future!

They were fast pleasant and very courteous, very happy will definitely think of them next time I need a plumber!

He had the proper tools and did an excellent job. He said this is a normal place where clogs occur in the kitchen.

The service was responsive and punctual. The gentleman that showed up at the house was extremely professional and knew how to fix the problem. The only downside of the experience was that the price was extremely expensive, and I wasn't quoted until the plumber was at the house. It is hard to turn down a quote when your water is leaking! Overall, good service to call when you are in a bind and need someone right away.

After giving this clogged pipe, what I considered, a good fight, I surrendered and called several plumbers in the area based on the reviews from Angie's List. Rocket Rooter were the only ones available today (had to be done ASAP) . They showed up on time. Were very upfront and clear about the pricing, and work that needed to be done. Finished work quickly and did few extra things. They also charged less then originally quoted. Will keep their number handy from now on.

They came out and fixed it immediately.

The project took some extra time to complete, and the bill wound up being $322 higher than the anticipated cost of $534. However, they did some additional work such as installing four additional shut-off valves which I hadn't asked them to do in the beginning. Additionally, the delay wasn't entirely their fault since one of the shower kits I had purchased was deemed defective. The other reason for the delay, however, was due to the fact that they cracked a pipe when trying to remove the old shower head. This was one of the primary reasons that I hired the company in the first place.

Two hours after the window they told me they would be to my house but they called twice to let me know. Worked very quickly once they got to my house and were able to find and repair the leaks.

It was two days before the July 4th weekend and the experience was pleasant and carefree from start to finish; they answered the phone quickly, let me know that I could use my deal that I had bought and Adam was at my home within 4 hours for a very frustrating clogged kitchen drain... went very well and was done very quickly.. he was also kind and considerate and we are very happy with the service and promptness of this company.. thanks again!!!

The plumbing guy showed up amazingly fast and provided an estimate. The estimated price was more than I anticipated, and I used another plumbing company instead. Rocket Rooter's management followed up and used my feedback to improve training for its employees. For whether I would use this provider in the future, I'd select "maybe" if there were a choice for that, rather than yes/no.

Had second occurence of back up up following job on 6/1. I called and Tim who was a very kind and attentive,came out and cleared blockage at N/C within 3 hours of my call this AM. Tim was great.I would request him again and recommend. I was glad to have used the Angie's List prepaid coupon. to avoid any potential up billing which is common on plumbing jobs I've had in the past from other vendors.

This was the Friday going into Memorial Day weekend. Just finding a provider that was available to come or willing to work the weekend took 5 or 6 phone calls. Not only was Rocket Rooter willing to find someone, the actually sent someone that afternoon. It took the plumber 2.5 hours to find the clog and fix it. He just kept at it and kept at it until it was fixed. The price he quoted never changed - no matter how long it took.

1. Company plumber came out to deal with recurring water backups in the laundry room floor when the washing machine emptied. He ran the pipe clearing line and pronounced the process a success. I paid over $600. 2. The drain overflowed again the next day, so I called the company back. The previous technician and the owner came promptly, and I explained to the owner that the drain would overflow when the washing machine emptied. He persisted in "testing" the situation and caused the drain to once again overflow and having to be cleaned up again. I didn't understand why he didn't take my word for it and simply re-accomplish the clearing process first. In any event, they ran the cleaning process again and found items stuck in the pipe. 3. The owner and other plumber then indicated the need to pull the downstairs toilet and run a longer line with camera to extend to the exterior of the house. That was accomplished for another $359, and additional stoppages were cleared. Two line obstacles were discovered (an object like a piece of lead and some tree roots) that would require exterior sewer line excavation and replacement of about 25 feet of line. 4. In addition to the $1,000 already paid, the company provided a proposal of $5,300 to do the work. I felt the price was too high, given what I had already spent, so I did not accept the price proposal. I asked the owner to mark the sewer line location with ground paint; however, that was not done right away. I then did an stop-payment on the $359 check and asked for the marking to be accomplished. 5. Shortly, the owner came out and marked the location of the sewer line with paint. I then paid the remaining $359. 6. A subsequent contractor attempted the locate the sewer line via extensive excavation, based on the painted marking. That contractor indicated the line was not at the marked location. I don't know the truth of the matter.

I called to have a disposal (self purchased) and a kitchen faucet cartridge installed. Very cooperative and turned up within the hour window they gave me. He then pulled out his laminated sheets and gave me a price of $267 for the disposal installation and $199 for the cartridge. Any sink plumbing was to be $199 whether it took 15 minutes or 2 hours. I thanked him, paid a $55 visit charge, and sent him on his way. Called another plumber and was quoted $190 less total.

Just fine -- the plumber arrived on time, performed the work as requested.

Very happy. We had a leak somewhere behind a wall - but did not have any other obvious clues where except for a wet carpet. Chris came out - right on time - found the leak - fixed it...very professional, friendly, and was determined to find the right/best solution. Will definitely use again. Thank you! A++

Had a great experience start to finish - they were easy to contact, flexible and able to come out on the weekend, and provided me a good explanation of the problem and how they were going to fix it. The repair itself took much less time than I had expected and they were very professional.

After coping with unexpected employee problem, Doug (who usually mans the phone) drove out to solve my problem that day. Installation job was excellent

The work turned out well and the gentleman that came was very helpful and he saved me some money because he showed me that the clog I thought needed rooted did not need done. He conducted himself very professionally and I was very satisfied.

When I called, they were out the next day. They ended up having to come back two or three times. We were having basement flooding through a drainage pipe that was stopped up. We told them we had it previously snaked and it didn’t change anything. However, they snaked it again and the problem arose the next day with a flood. They came back and did more extensive work and it seems to be working fine now.

I spent the evening cleaning up sludge from the furnace room drain. It had overflowed and receded before it was noticed. I checked Angie's list that evening for several plumbers. The next morning I called the list of plumbers that I had and none could come that day to fix the problem. I quickly went back to the list and got several more name. This was the sixth one I called and the only one that could come out today. I was hesitant to call them because of there B grade. They were very helpful, said they had a plumber in the area and asked when I could be home. I told them as soon as 30 minutes from my call or anytime thereafter. The were at my home in 30 minutes! Tim the plumber listened while I described the problem, ran some faucets and diagnosed the problem as the kitchen sink laundry line, I was concerned it was the main line but he said no,just the laundry line. I asked about a video, he did not think it was necessary. So if he was not honest he could have jacked up the price to also do the main line and a video. Tim was very professional, got to work right away and about an hour to hour and half later told me it was fixed, and that I should not have a problem. He did warn me not to put too much or certain things down the garbage disposal. I'm not sure what the going rate is for snaking a drain so I just marked that a B, most likely not excellent but probably in the going range rate, everything else was an A. My only complain/negative comment would be both the person who took my call and the plumber knew I was an Angie's list customer, but did not offer me the 50 off the 55 dollar service fee. I was in a rush at work to find the names of plumbers so I was not seeing or thinking coupon. I did not notice until after the plumber left that I should have mentioned the coupon. I should have checked when he got to my home. Lesson learned. I am grateful for their prompt and efficient service.

We were in the process of looking for a plummer to replace our hot water heater. We were quoted 1000-1500 dollars from several different companies. Rocket Rooter was the last company we contacted. When I talked to the gentleman on the phone and told him what our problem was he said we just needed a cap for the drip from the water heater. THANK YOU for saving us money we didnt need to spend. Honesty goes a long way theses days.

They were very responsive and were able to come help us the next day. The hours were great, they were able to come to our house in the evening when I got home from work. They were a little on the expensive side. Although they gave an Angie's List discount, I thought the price was high.
