Great. talked with owner who gave me some options of what might be causing the issue and got someone out to fix it.

Very well. Doug, the technician, responded immediately and I got an appointment right away; he came over, explained the situation and made everything right. He solved our problem. Excellent service.

Once they got here they did a great job. They showed up 2 hrs late. I wouldn't have minded if they had called and told me but I called once after an hour and no one responded back. Then I called after another 30 min and one of the workers answered and said their current job was running over and it would be 4 pm till they could come. My scheduled time was 2 pm. So I called their office to inform them as to what happened and the person told me that I couldn't actually expect anyone to show up on time to a service call and that I was being unrealistic. I understand that things happen to hold workers up but I think the courteous thing to do would've been to just call me and let me know.

The plumbers carefully worked through possible reasons for the backup and finally diagnosed the problem. Also they came promptly in response to an emergency call, and when they had to return, they came early the next day for my convenience.

We had a Leak in our basement as a result of sump pump not working. Contacted Rocket Rooter and was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Technician (Tyler) arrived on time and assessed problem. We rescheduled installation of new sump pump the next day at 7am, so we wouldn’t have to miss work. Job was completed within 1 hour for a reasonable price. We are first time customers and look forward to working with Rocket Rooters for our future plumbing needs!

Had a clogged floor drain that was making water pool in our basement. Our usual plumber said he could have someone out in 2 days but I had already taken the day off. Called Rocket Rooter based on Angie's List and they came out in a few hours, had the drain opened and flushed in 15 minutes and it's been great since. They gave us some tips so it wouldn't happen again! Professional, fast, friendly - we've officially got a new plumber!

Service was quick and professional. However their estimate for a replacement of a kitchen sink faucet was over twice the amount charged by a plumber I hired later, A.D. White of Olney MD.. I would hire Rocket again for drain cleaning but not for other plumbing work. That will go to White who was responsive ,quick and did an excellent job at a fantastic price.

Guys came out and were able to figure out our old system and trace a clog to a very old portion of pipe in a tiny crawl space area. They took the time to figure out the best way to access the space at the lowest cost to us. They were incredibly nice, thorough and after all work was done they cleaned up as well. I highly recommend them and will use them for all my plumbing needs going forward! Thanks!

They came in and identified the origin of the drip, from a bathroom on another floor. They gave a quote, I gave a thumbs up, and they proceeded to eliminate the drip, ameliorate the water damage and clean up the mess created, and fix the drip origin with a new part. 4 holes of about 3" diameter on two seperate floors were created to assess and repair. They were informative and friendly. The remaining mold and water damage that has resulted requires Overall fine job.

They were fine, good. I paid with one check, but it was for multiple things. He did a really good job. I have not had the roto experience before. He was very nice. I don't recall being upset that he was late.

The service was excellent. The price was decent, compared to others it wasn't bad. Quality, punctual and very clean. Job was done quickly and I didn't have to call them back for any reason.

Doug answered the phone immediately and was extremely professional. I described the problems I was having with the water heater and he was able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone! He recommended a $5 part from Lowe's which completely fixed the leak/noise. I really appreciated his honesty, and will be sure to use him for any plumbing related issues moving forward .

They charged me once for the first visit that did not fully clear the problem, and wanted to charge me again for a second visit. I used a 25 foot auger or snake which cleared two drains in the basement. I tried the auger on the main basement floor drain. My auger got stuck. Rocket Rooter came out the day I called. They were cautious about getting their equipment stuck. They insisted on a video camera. They would not use the floor drain in the basement, and were hesitant about removing the toilet. They cut a vent pipe. The video could not see anything or could not get far enough down the pipe. They stated with a 1 inch auger/snake. They found roots in the house drains and not in the main drain, and were able to free my auger. They would not clear the main basement drain. With some of the roots cleared, they sent the video camera down and pinpointed the spot of the roots. The cost was $918, $319 for the camera, and $599 for the rooter. A few days later I got the same backup problems. I scheduled a second visit. I pulled the toilet. They did not show up for the second visit, I got no response to telephone calls and to e-mail messages until late at night. They wanted to charge me all over again. They were expensive and did not stand behind their work.

Got the snake stuck as well. Took a whole day and + to figure out what was going on, including camera in pipes. End up with a big ball of dental floss (thanks kids) that got stuck at the Y pipe in main and kitchen. Got it all cleaned up. Works now perfect. Doug and the team did an excellent job. Very professional. Clean up after themselves. Only plumber working on saturday!

Doug and Ty did a great job at a reasonable price. They were so excellent that I have since hired them to replace some old plumbing and install a garbage disposal. All three times, they were punctual, did the needed work quickly and neatly, and charged exactly what I was promised. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will call them again when I need any kind of plumbing.

Two gentleman arrived on time and took care of the problem in the cheapest manner possible. Instead of replace an entire unit, they replaced only one part to save me money. One of the guys picked up after himself when he tracked in a bit of dirt, which was nice.

They were responsive, courteous and clean work. What I dislike most was the cost. They seem expensive.

I didn't realize Rocket was a full service plumber so great to now know. I took advantage of the $55 Angie's List coupon and saved the service fee charge.
