Description of Work: Rocket Rooter installed a new water heater which I had purchased. The job was done quickly and professionally. I had several plumbing questions which Doug answered. Prior to the installation, Doug helped me identify the right water heater and a place to buy it. I wouldn't consider using any other plumber.

Description of Work: Replaced my kitchen faucet.

Description of Work: The service is a bit pricy, but they showed up on time on Saturday, completed work in less than an hour. I would recommend this service and definitely will use them again.

Description of Work: Came out on a very snowy morning to unclog kitchen drain that other service provider was not able to do. But they were prompt and offered as much as they could. Rocket Rooters got out here before everything shut down bec. of snow ... Rockets fixed my problem completely and within about 30 min. They're now my GO-TO plumbers! [Phone # on fridge means they're my first call!] VERY Happy to find these kids!

Description of Work: Had a slow/backed up main line. Showed at scheduled time, had to move commode due to not having a cleaning outlet line in the house. Roto-ed the line, encountered a couple of obstructed areas some 30 feet down the line. Checked drainage was good and remounted commode. |Did a good job of cleaning up the work area. |

Description of Work: My wife requested Rocket Rooter to fix the leak in the bathroom at hour rental property. They sent somebody there; he didn’t find anything wrong, so he charged us $55 for going there to check. But this was a poor diagnosis. A couple of days later the leak returned and we had to invite other plumbers.

Description of Work: Plumber was prompt, courteous and efficient. He was in and out in about 45 mins and honored the "discount coupon" on Angie's page. I would definitely call this company again for any other plumbing problems.

Description of Work: No service performed - Asked for 133.00 to tighten bolts at base of toilet

Description of Work: Told that the plumber would arrive between 9 and 11am. Around 10:50 or so, he calls and asks for the address, having to repeat it a few times because of his non-English background. Later, he calls again about the address: he had mis-spelled it and his GPS didn't recognize his spelling of my address. Eventually he arrives @ about 11:10 or so and when asked about the amunt to be charged for cleaning the drain in the bathroom, cited over $300. I objected so he adjusted the price to $254, which included a charge for removing the sink trap or $55.00. When he completed the job and requested my credit card info, I asked again about the extra charge for the trap removal, stating to him that, without removal of the trap, he couldn't snake the drain. When he insisted on the charge, I called the office and spoke with a woman who said she was in charge, explaining to her what was the problem. She, after hearing from the plumber, adjusted the price to $199, adding to the the plumber that, we, as Andie's List members, would cite them in a report for the incident. While I appreciate her attention to this matter and her resolution of it, the fact that I had to resort to her for help is why I make this report and gave the rating to the company.
