Initial call returned promptly and I took one chair for an estimate. Provided a down payment for them to get the materials needed. Was called just after I expected to be to bring the chairs and added two other chairs for repair as well. Work was done well and in timely manner. Due to a family emergency he delivered them back to me, rather than my picking them up. If only most things could go this well.....

All of the work was done on time and the price was considerably lower than two competitive bids. Communication was excellent. We are very pleased with this experience and highly recommend this company.

We submitted photos and dimensions of furniture and received an estimate for yardage, cost, and time frame for completion. We had done some research before choosing him and Reed McCullough's estimate of yardage was the most conservative, labor cost quote was the lowest and his time frame for pickup and delivery was the soonest. Reed McCullough came personally to look at the furniture to examine the pieces, and to confirm the work we wanted done and the estimates he provided. We appreciated having an opportunity to discuss the pieces in person with him. When we talked about the job, we felt that he understood what we were looking for and he explained clearly what was possible and what was not possible. He picked up the furniture immediately upon our agreement; he brought them back when he said he would, he stayed within the yardage estimate he provided (he returned the extra as we asked) and he was accurate with his estimate of labor costs. We had no unexpected surprises. He did an excellent job on all three items. He agreed to redo the piping on one of the pieces because we weren't quite happy and not only did he do that without giving us a hard time but he did it overnight. Additionally, he is polite, professional and extremely nice to work with. We recommend him without reservations and we wish that we had more furniture to give to him. We will certainly be going back to him if we have to get our furniture reupholstered for any reason.

He does an excellent job! He provides quality work at a reasonable rate. He seems to be meticulous about his work as it always turns out perfectly. The service may not be as quick, but it's worth it for the service you receive.
