We used Raab Cabinets when we remodeled the kitchen in 1992, and called them to replicate finishes when we remodeled again in 2012. I'm very fussy about workmanship and detail. The house is old with all of the unevenness that comes with old houses. I also wanted to include an upper cabinet with a glass back to let light into the space. Carol worked with me for months on drawings and spec's till the design was exactly what I wanted. They had never built a cabinet where the back was basically an exterior window but were willing to build what I wanted. The workmanship was terrific. People can't tell where the old cabinets end and the new one's begin. The window cabinet is fabulous and has drawn rave responses from friends, neighbors and the other contractors on the job. Kevin Raab worked with me until everything was exactly the way I wanted it. Without charge, he replaced drawer hardware when it wasn't what I expected; he cut extra kickplates; he replaced a cabinet door when the color was slightly off. When the countertops had a color discrepancy, they worked with the subcontractor to have it replaced within days at no charge. They left us with a gift certificate for a dinner and a fabulous kitchen. I would recommend them to anyone. They are true professionals.
