It went terribly wrong. After negotiating a price for cleaning the entire garage - floor, side walls, and ceiling, the crew power washed the entire area. I was home while the work was being done. They did a fair job of cleaning the side walls and a radon pipe. The rest was a disaster. The owner Nery, had me look at the results after about a half hour of power washing. He told me there had been some problems. The wooden beams along the top of the garage looked terrible. These had been stained and the stain came off as a result of the extreme force of the power washer. The stain ran all over the ceiling making it look far dirtier than before they started. Also, the force of the water caused much of the stucco ceiling to break and peel off. I asked Nery why he didn't stop and talk with me as soon as he noticed what was happening. He replied that he didn't want to bother me. What?! I was on the other side of the door to the garage and, of course I would want to know about any problems. They could and should have stopped the destruction before it got worse. For weeks afterwards, pieces of the ceiling kept coming down and I found small pieces on the driveway and in the yard. Also, stain from the beams dripped onto our cars and was very hard to remove. Foolishly, I paid Nery all but $80; I should have paid nothing, since they did far more damage than good. Because the ceiling was beyond repair. Several months later I had to hire someone to repair and repaint it for over $1000.

My house is 80 years old and we just had the asbestos tile removed and a sump pump installed. We also had mold remediation. There was an incredible amount of dust, mildew, and built up grime over the years. The basement has not had a thorough deep cleaning in years. We had Professional Heavy Duty Cleaning service here. They worked for 6 hours and barely took a break for lunch. They even took the windows out to clean them. I can't even describe what hat an amazing job they did. They were timely, professional, personable and capable. Nery, the owner, periodically would come up and explain the progress made and show us what he was doing. The basement never looked as good. We will have them back to clean the furnace room and laundry room soon. I highly recommend this group. I am 100% satisfied.

I needed my parent's home deep cleaned as preparation for sale. I called Nery Rodas, president/manager of Professional Heavy Duty Cleaning and made arrangements to meet at the house. He arrived on time. He was cordial and professional. We walked through the entire house together and agreed on the work to be done. He made a few suggestions and observations as we went, which made me feel more comfortable with his experience. He explained it would take five crew members three days to complete the work. We agreed on the final price which I ended up paying. On each day of the job, Nery and his crew arrived on time. They had all the necessary supplies and went right to work. There were two members of the crew who did not speak or understand English well, which always makes me a little nervous with service work. One was an older gentleman who removed a shelf I had pointed to and said not to remove it, and removed another shelf too forcefully, causing two holes in the drywall - one approximately 1" in diameter, the other about 2". Nery did not think it was his responsibility to fix the holes. I disagreed. Later, Nery's son, a crew member, came to me to offer to fix the damage. I did find Nery's son (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) to be a hard worker who managed himself and the crew well. He was courteous and professional. Besides that one incident, the overall job went well. The house was very dirty, musty and had cigarette smoke stains in a couple of rooms. The workers did a thorough job. They washed down the ceilings, walls and floors, removed old furniture and miscellaneous items out to the curb for trash pickup, and waxed the hardwood floors.

The cleaning crew brought a modern up-to-date powerful vacuum as well as other cleaning materials to do the job. I was told that the job would be completed in two hours, and the crew successfully accomplished the job. When the job was completed the rooms in the basement were absolutely spotless. The work was highly professionally done, and I will use this firm again on a large project.

Nary gave us comfort from the first visit and estimate that he knew exactly what we wanted and that he had the people,time and equipment to do it. He delivered as promised. it was very convenient that they were able to clean the carpet and windows. That saved extra time and money because we didn't have to coordinate with 2 additional contractors. It was also convenient for us that they were willing to accept access via combo lockbox so we didn't have to come back both days to give them access. They did a fine job and I recommend them

Very quick to respond and show up to work - they did excellent work in a very timely fashion. Once I saw the finished product, It was worth every penny spent

For jobs, in this instances for move in cleaning, ( not of a disaster area but a reasonable house which had had pets-to ready it for a person with allergies) I was given an over the phone quote of a price over 2000$; ranged upto 4000$. So it did not seem t too much to ask to be able to speak with references. but the gentleman said he was too busy to bother to provide these. Overall. he did not seem to want to bother ; presumably has enough work to not have to. I did not follow up further, so no service was performed. I was hesitant to to deal with a person /company dismissive of what would seem a reasonable request on the part of a prospective customer.

I called the provider and he told me that the deal was wrong and that he was not going to honor the offer that I purchased. He said that I was the first client to purchase the deal and that Angie's list did not write the deal the way he meant it. Bad experience. Waste of time and now I have to wait 10 days for my money back. SUCKS.

. The owner and office manager were both present and involved in providing the service which gave us confidence in the professional service they provided. Most definitely, we would use this cleaning service again and recommend them to anyone. Very rare to get such excellent service and then some.

Both places had not had a good cleaning in quite a while. The four men removed everything from the garage, including stuff on the shelving, power-washed everything down, cleaned the floor and put everything back. In the basement the area behind the furnace was a mess; I really hadn't wanted to touch it myself. They took care of that and inspected every corner, as I had seen some mouse droppings. They in fact found a dead mouse, so I was very glad I did not have to do this work. At the top of the day I thought maybe they would just have time to do the basement. The weather was not especially conducive to doing the garage. They spent about four hours on the basement, and then they decided to go ahead with the garage. After another four hours, everything was done. Everyone was polite and courteous. The work was exceptional.

Nery and crew are amazing. They were so conscientious and so hardworking--they never took a break and the quality of their work was outstanding. You could tell they were very proud of the work they do and take their jobs very seriously. Our house was becoming almost unliveable due to the smell coming from the basement--years of mold and cat urine/feces had settled into the concrete despite all our attempts to clean up promptly and regularly. Nery's team had the smell removed the first day, and came back the next week to do a two-day job of painting the floors and walls to protect the surfaces and ensure the mold/mildew/cat smell was permanently contained. The basement involved an enormous amount of cutting around light switches, pipes, electrical wiring, etc, and yet the paint job was fantastic. They moved all our stuff out, cleaned, moved all our stuff back in, and then repeated the process when they came back to paint. We would absolutely use them again.

Nery the owner arrived with 3 other guys and off they went. Fantastic.

I have used Nery Rodas for heavy duty housecleaning, power washing and carpentry work since approximately 2000. He does excellent work and is trustworthy, hardworking and honest. I've also used him to clean rental properties in addition to our own residential property. I recommend him wholeheartedly without reservation.

I hired this company because I was drawn to it's name--deep cleaning service and it had a good review from another Angie's list customer. We were moving out and getting our house ready for renters. The company sent a team of 3 men to deep clean the kitchen and bathrooms. I also hired them to clean the windows. They cleaned for 5 hours. In retrospect, I think I would have been better off hiring general cleaners for a move out service. This company would be better if you just want a cruddy kitchen cleaned well. We had our kitchen redone about 6 months prior to the job, so it didn't have years of grime like some might. We weren't thrilled with the cleaning of the kitchen floor. It's a fluid area with an eat-in area attached. The men were only going to clean the small area of the direct kitchen floor and my husband had to ask them to go back over the other area. They did a nice job on teh windows. The company also offers baseboard cleaning for an additional fee.

They did a very deep cleaning of my home. They were excellent. Nery Rodas is the owner. They do everything you would ever want. It’s much deeper than a regular maid service. The maid service will kind of do a surface cleaning. I have used them for many years. They also do move-in cleaning before you move into a house. If you want a home thoroughly cleaned before you move into it, then they will thoroughly clean it before you move in. If you move out and if you want it to be in a certain condition, they will clean that as well. I probably started using them around 99 at my old house and this is the first time I used them at this house. The price really depends on the size of your home. My current home is over $2000 square feet, both first and second floor. So, it cost me about $3000 and it used to cost me about $1500 for my old home. The price also depends on the amount of detailed cleaning you want them to do. There is now nothing but just cleanliness. If you want them to clean your refrigerator, they will do that. The guy who does the job will clean the floors, but it really depends on the level of deep cleaning you want. He has a crew that he uses for that. They also do small repairs. His father is a carpenter and that is helpful too. They can do a lot of different things, but I use them for the cleaning. He is fantastic. He is very hard working, honest and ethical. He has always done an excellent job. That’s why I call him every couple of years. I don’t have to call him every year unless I am really paranoid. If you have window blinds, he will take the blinds down, clean them and put them back up. You know when he is done and you can smell the freshness. What I usually do is that I have the ducts cleaned and then call him. Everything is really clean between the ducts and the house being cleaned. I like it to be clean during the pollen season since my son has asthma. I am also going to use him to do some repair work. We have wooden stair railings outside that are rotting. So, they are going to help us repair, replace what needs to be replaced, paint it and kind of spruce up the outside as well. I trust them completely. So, I would let them into my house when they would get here in the morning. I can tell them to lock up behind themselves and I can leave. There will be nothing out of place or nothing missing. I have known them for a while through this business. So, I wouldn’t even think twice about it and that is another good thing. They are good. The price is expensive, but it is thoroughly done. In fact, he came early. My grandmother who recently passed away was very clean and she liked things to be clean. Every couple of years, I used to have him go and do a deep cleaning of her home. She always thought that he did an excellent job. In fact, last month, she asked me to give him a call to come and do a deep cleaning of her house. I will definitely have him clean her house when we finally sell it. She was very picky and he met her standards. He is meticulous. He sees things that an average person probably can’t even see. I have recommended him to others and I would use his services in the future too.
