No, after the pro states done, I attempted to pull up window and a piece snapped off and did not open, he placed snap on and tightened, window now stays up but is not tight which it was before repairing. Technician seems to not have a clue to what needed repair.

We got a number of bids from a variety of contractors. I'm glad we selected Premier. We fully replaced a couple of windows and just replaced the glass on a number of others. They do both things really well. The work crews are courteous, professional, and do high-quality work. They also left the house really clean, which we appreciate.

Their technician was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he do a quality job on fixing the frame, but he also explained to me what needs to be done to prevent the window from breaking down again and avoid paying a lot of money for its replacement. In addition, the manager and technician responded to my service request in a prompt manner. The problem was solved on the day when I called the company. Last but not least, the company offers competitive service rates and does not push people to spend more money than is absolutely necessary.
