+ -1 moreNot well. Had issues and contractor did not respond to emails. When the installers came they did not have enough window shims needed for the project. Also, before the project started the confirmed that they had installed my brand/series windows before but when they arrived it was clear that they had not. One window was not sealed well and during a down pour water was getting through below the frame of the window. The other window's frame was installed so tight that when I open or close the window it damages, or is going to damage, the insulation between the frame and the window. Also, because the frame is installed so tightly the windows are very difficult to open. Until I get this fixed I don't want to use this window as I am concerned about damaging this window further.

Description of Work: Repair rotten wood around several windows, paint those areas; replace glass in several windows with failing gaskets; repair several windows that wouldn’t stay up when opened.
