Very well! The contractor was very professional and amiable. He also stressed the need to not only provide good service but also to make me as a customer feel at ease by arranging things so I wouldn't have to come into contact with, or even see, any trapped pests. His combination of professionalism and concern for the customer's sensitivities is a winner!
