Description of Work: We use them for pool openings and pool cleaning services. Though they do an excellent job, the B is for punctuality. As in, they won't show up the day of service. This has happened multiple times. They won't call to re-schedule. We have to call ourselves to ask why they didnt make it and when they can make it next.

+ -1 moreArrived on time and on a Saturday; did a more thorough job in lowering the pool level and clearing the lines than other companies I used (who would never come on weekends).
Description of Work: They closed my pool (they had replaced my pool heater at the beginning of the 2009 season).

+ -1 moreThey had to order the heater but installed it on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Installation went smoothly and they were able to make all appropriate hook-ups without me having to call other contractors. Both installers (a father and son team) were pleasant and efficient. They certainly seemed to know what they were doing. I plan to use them again in the future when I need service.
Description of Work: They replaced an old propane pool heater with a new pool heater.
