OFFENBACHER'S

We were generally happy with the service. Apparently the original installer was late by a couple hours and was not able to get hour request in on time. That held up getting our inspection completed and we were not able to get the job done as promptly as expected. The technicians were competent.

Dreadful. After I ordered door and paid deposit nothing happened. Weeks of calling and being told let us check and call you back and never hearing a word. Finally with winter largely over they call to say the door is ready, can we come tomorrow at 8:00am? Amazingly efficient. Door arrived, was installed, and had major damage. We were told not to worry, replacement parts could be installed the next day. Installer leaves and we get a very insistent call asking for final payment. I laughed and said I will pay when door is right. A month later a call to say they had the parts. Unfortunately when he arrived the installer did not have screws to install, but he could go to hardware store and come back next day. Another call demanding payment. Another month, "we can come fix it". Finally fixed, but the thing leaked air when not in use, even though totally closed. Made the room ice cold. Kind of badly measured, I think. Don't worry, I can insulate it. Very easy. Another call demanding payment. Another month, "we can come insulate it". Insulator came, but had no idea he was to insulate. Said it couldn't be done. Didn't have supplies or tools to do that. Left. Another call demanding payment. Finally, another insulator. No problem. Simple job. Done in five minutes. When the inevitable call came, I happily paid to done with these people. I wish they did it right originally.

EXCELLENT!!!! We have entertained guests each weekend and get compliments about our furniture!!!!
