+ 1 moreArrived early. Took about 4 hours to complete all work. There was one place in a corner up at the roof line, next to adjoining town home, where paint was initially missed. That was immediately corrected. Although not scheduled, we asked the workers to check our roof and repair the wire screen in one corner of the soffit. That work was done with no extra charge. All work looks very good. Workers were very polite, accommodating, and patient with some mistakes on our end. The price, which was not different than the estimate, was more than $200 lower than another estimate we got.
Description of Work: Painted one coat on front and back exterior of two-level town home, including trim, window and door frames, front door, bay window, soffits (not siding). Also cleaned exterior of gutter and repaired soffit wire-screen in one corner.

+ 8 moreMr. Gomez was prompt and professional. He was also polite and courteous. His crews were always quiet and left our home clean at the end of each day of work. They were very hard workers. There were some issues noticed afterward that Mr. Gomez personally took care of and made right. If we need more work done in the future, we would hire Noah's Services again without question.
Description of Work: We had Mr. Gomez perform a variety of handyman jobs. He painted the exterior of our home, laid a new flagstone walkway, removed an old retaining wall and installed a new wall, installed floodlights, installed some bathroom lighting/venting, repaired and painted some interior ceilings. His business card lists the following services: painting and drywall repair: exterior and interior, carpentry, tile work, floor refinishing, gutter cleaning, bathroom remodeling, handyman services, power washing, relocation painting.
