Nice Maids cleaning services

While they did a good job cleaning unfortunately they broke my shower door and never told me while they were here. When we realized a couple days later and told the owner she said her people are honest and they didn’t do it. Very sad. Why would I make up this story days later after we were happy when they left... Now my husband doesn’t want us to ever hire a maid again because he is worried about dishonest people like them. I would not recommend this company unless you put cameras up so you can prove that you are telling the truth.

Nice Maids are exceptional! They are so incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and hardworking. The happiest I feel each month is after they have come and cleaned, and I get to walk into that fresh, lemony scent and see the polished floors, dusted mantle, sparkling microwave, refrigerator, bath tub, the list goes on! Their attention to the tiniest detail is amazing. They always leave every surface/object pristine, and it has been this way every month for the last year. The woman are so kind and trustworthy; I am so grateful to them for their extremely hard work and excellent customer service. We will be moving from Rockville to Germantown next month, and I have already made sure that they will follow us when we go! Best investment I make every month. Thank you to the Nice Maids!

NiceMaids are excellent! I tried other cleaning companies before deciding to go with them. They are always on time, very professional, and they leave the house very clean. Unlike other cleaners, they actually clean under tables and shelves to get a deep clean. If you ask them, they will clean your fridge and appliances, especially for the first cleaning. I like that they use calendar updates and send you text reminders so that you never forget they are coming. I highly recommend them.

They were on time, friendly and did a great job. Although their English was not perfect, they had an app on their phone for easy translation. I would recommend them

Nice Maids has been cleaning our home for more than a year now, and we are so happy with their service! Before Nice Maids, I tried many different cleaning services but they were not as friendly or helpful as Veranice. Many services gave us an estimate over the phone and arrived to clean, but Veranice came to my house and we walked through each room and I explained what needed to be done. It was so refreshing to have this personal touch. They do an amazing job and leave the house smelling fresh with a hotel finish. All of the little details really make a big difference. I love coming home from work on days that they clean my house. The house is relaxing and calm, and I really appreciate it.

Veranice and her helper were excellent. They thoroughly cleaned our house and did a phenomenal job. The house was spotless and had never been cleaned to that degree before by previous cleaners. I will definitely be hiring them again. Since this was a first time cleaning, it was a bit more. But as we set up a regular service, the price will be even lower. Great pricing and high quality service!

Veranice and her colleague are top notch! I had been reluctant to hire a cleaning service because I thought I could handle it and did not think it would fit in to our monthly budget. However, it started to make more sense to outsource this chore since both of us work full time, have a 1 year old, and a Westie running around the house. I was constantly cleaning (or not) at night and during the precious weekend. I met Veranice at a workout class and she was so nice so I asked her if we could arrange a time for her to come and give a free estimate. Veranice arrived on time and we walked through the house quickly. She asked what I would like done in each room for example, in the kitchen if I wanted the oven and the inside of the refrigerator cleaned-yes! but did not need the stove done at this time. She asked me what products I would prefer her to use on different surfaces and also gave me some suggestions on which products may help with our stove top which was helpful. While scheduling our first cleaning she was flexible with the day and time. An added bonus was that she was totally fine with our very energetic dog being present while she cleaned! Cleaning Day: When I opened the front door after a long day at work I could smell pure heaven, ha! The place looked so clean and fantastic! Veranice and her colleague cleaned every nook and cranny of my finished basement, first floor and top. The attention to detail was superb! When my husband arrived he shouted from the bathroom, “she even made little roses on the toilet paper”, he was a fan. I did not want to touch or walk on anything. I was so thankful and just stared at my clean house. We will continue to use Veranice since she is reliable, trustworthy, affordable, and truly an awesome person!
