Description of Work: Luck had nothing to do with it! My exemplary experience dealing with New Diener's in Rockville, MD, for a dining room rug was a product of the competence and concern for their clients that is New Diener's calling card. this was not my first dealing with this superb company so I knew to expect fine service. From the day I called, and they came to my home with copious rug examples-and after choosing what I thought was the correct one, I called the next day, and changed my order. They were so understanding, and acted as if it was no trouble at all to return again to my home and once again lugged many, many carpet samples up 2 flights of stairs. The graciousness and time they took with me was way beyond good service, this was extraordinary concern to insure a happy outcome for a client. I made my choice and now a week later after perfect installation by Rodney and crew, I have a gorgeous new carpet in my dining room my deepest gratitude to Mr. Mark Dubin, owner of New Diener's for exemplary service. Folks if you are looking for carpets, rugs, tile, indeed all your flooring needs, you will not find a better company then New Diener's.

Recently they replaced the uneven ceramic in our large foyer entryway with pre-finished hardwood, and the kitchen with beautiful new age vinyl tile. It's gorgeous. The workmen are fastidious, with a lot of attention to detail, even the way the wood is finished next to carpet and tile. They cleaned up every day, making the renovation much more tolerable. Mark is courteous, prompt, and always listen so they can make suggestions, and actually saved us money. He even stopped by after the job was finished to make sure we were happy. Working with Mark is always a pleasure.

Mark at New Deiners was very professional and explained exactly what would be done and we paid after the work was done and we were satisfied.

Description of Work: Dieners replace the floor covering in Kitchen , Laundry Room and basement area. We have use Dieners for 25 years in our homes and 2 corporate offices. The quality and response with follow up is excellent.. Mark and his team take great pride in customer service and satisfaction. The Dierner's team has followed up on their install workmanship 2 and 3 years after completion.
