 + -1 moreCompleted work for a very fair price - much less we were quoted by others and on a very tight timeline in which we needed the work done. We were very pleased with he quality of the work and his responsiveness.
Description of Work: Patched and Repainted multiple rooms and front door. Replaced water stripping on front door. Fixed subflooring in bathroom and replaced damaged tiles. Recaulked bathroom. Fixed loose patio tiles.

 + 0 moreIt's great to work with him. He is easy to work with. He's very trustworthy. He tells you the straight scoop, and gives good advice on how you could save money or improve the project by spending a little more. You really get the whole picture. I trust him so much, he has the key to my house while he is working on this project. He comes when he says he's going to, starts the project when he says he will, and has great follow-through.
Description of Work: He did some renovation for our bathrooms. He put in the new floor, did some plumbing rerouting, and is putting in the vanity. He put in the new toilet, and is installing new shelves and towel bars and reglazing the tiles.

interior painters, handyman service
 + 0 moreThey always do a great job with interior painting. They are very good painters, and I trust them to be alone in my home and my clients' homes. They will carefully re-hang paintings after the paint is dry, too. I'd trust them with just about any job around the house, but they are fairly expensive. You get what you pay for.
Description of Work: I have used Murdoch Bros. many times, mostly to paint. I have also used them to hang pictures, hang chandeliers, and do other handyman jobs.
