As interest rates fell over the years, we returned to Jeremy to refinance our home and investment property on multiple occasions. During each instance, he provided us with exceptional customer service. For example, if I emailed him a question at 8:00 pm on Friday night, if was not unusual for him to respond the same night. Truly amazing. The mortgage loan industry is very complex and filled with all manner of people. It is assuring to work with Jeremy?s team of courteous, knowledgeable and ethical professionals who work together to ensure the process moves forward in a timely and accurate manner. Whereas there are many sources and large banks that provide mortgage loans, my husband and I have been fortunate to have found Jeremy Moreithi and his delightful team of experts to work with!
