This was the worst experience of my life dealing with roof issues. My roof was leaking, and MLM came door-to-door claiming to be a capable company. Because a few neighbors mentioned they used them, we decided to give them a shot. They were quick to sell me on the idea that I needed a new roof but failed to address the root cause or conduct a thorough inspection. They simply said, "It's the roof, we'll replace it, and the leaks will stop." After the work was done, my roof continued leaking. I was in the process of preparing my home for sale, and thanks to MLM's subpar work, I had to deal with constant leaks during walkthroughs, open houses, and appraisals. Their so-called solution didn't fix anything, and I was left stressed out, trying to sell my house with unresolved roof problems. Their customer service has been horrendous—unhelpful, unresponsive, and lacking accountability. I am still trying to get the issues sorted. I have no faith in MLM's work and would strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away. Do not trust this company with your roof! The company has responded below but I have tried to connect to discuss how they can make it right and to date nothing has been done.

The company MLM recently did some roof work for us. Part of the work was to install new shingles and the other was to fix two 2-20 flat roofs. The shingles which they installed appear to be "cuts" of various sizes and some of the shingles have cracks in the middle. Our handyman told us that those irregular shingles are probably "factory-reject" ones that MLM buys at cheap prices and dumps them on its customers. I cannot see one of the flat roofs. However, the other one which is visible from our window retains rain water at the bottom and also has a bad connection to the shingles at the top which captures rain water. I contacted MLM office twice (Tuesday 6/6 and Friday 6/9) regarding these. They said someone would contact me; however, I have not heard from them.

I see a lot of positive review in this website , but unfortunately i have to put negative since i had worse experience i with one of the Sales consultant his name was Jason Yates. This guy full of lie, I am sure why this company keep such a liar sales person. probably base on his lies get a lot of business for the company and even spoke with his management try to back him up. I spoke with some of his management over the phone and they said we will call you back and never heard from them. cost me more with company and over charges. Please be aware of this company and sales associate and do not sign any of those electronic signature without reading it. Specially with this kind of sales associate like Jason Yates. I hope GOD will punish him one day earning money with his lies.

A rep from MLM came to my door, uninvited, offering free roof inspection. I said "yes please, I do need a new roof". An inspector came, looked at the roof, and told me I'd get an estimate for roof replacement in 4-5 hours. Didn't hear from them. Over the next couple of weeks, I called, I texted, I emailed., multiple times. Never got any responses. TWO AND HALF MONTHS later they called wanting to sell me a roof. When I asked them why they had not responded to any of my early messages, they basically said "we were busy". No apology. I don't understand being treated so poorly.

Michael Twining was very helpful in fixing falling shingles and he even did a favor picking up some debris off roof. Really professional young man with good attitude, thank you!

Terrific. They did a great job. Final product is beautiful. Worked rapidly. Nestor Morales was the project manager. He was super responsive to my needs. He went beyond expectations in his help.

My project consultant was Kevin James. He was very knowledgeable and very good at his job. He came to help me repeatedly whenever I asked and responded very quickly to my questions. James Cummins has excellent follow-up skills. The crew was Santiago and his group. The work was done mostly in the course of a single day and was very quick and done well. I was very impressed, they sent me pictures of the entire roof completed and it was quality work. I would hire them up.

Very Disappointed the job was supposed to be completed before September. Of course, due to COVID-19 the job was held off which would not have been an issue but I signed the contract at the beginning of June, a project manager was supposed to contact me in 3 to 4 weeks due to work scheduled being backlogged. Well 6 weeks later no one reached out to me I tried to get ahold of the sales rep to no avail I had already submitted a down payment and had not heard from the company at all. I finally was able to reach the office after four different conversations and after another month gone by someone finally scheduled the work to be done. The day came and no one showed up and did not hear from anyone. I called the office again and although promises were made nothing happened. No discount for the inconvenience the work is not great it looks like I could have wrapped my own trim not professional at all. Very disappointed in this company would not recommend this to anyone at all. They do not compensate for lack of communication they left trash in my yard for 2 weeks no contact with me about anything at all. This company works as if it is a teenage shop with no accountability.

So far it went very well. The Project Manager. Alex Phelps, was very professional, personal, and helpful. He did a good job coordinating the roofing project and was very attentive to any questions that I had concerning the weather conditions and the roof shingles. Adam, who was the Supervisor of the Sales team was also very helpful. He was prompt in answering any questions that I had and resolved any issues expeditiously. He was also very professional and personal. The roofers were also excellent and professional. The entire team at MLM were excellent!!

MLM was very professional start to finish and did a great job on our roof! We are very pleased and would certainly recommend MLM. Our sales representative, Dan Ferguson, was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end. Koo's roofing crew worked so hard, did a great job, and Cleaned Up! A repair to the trim of one of our dormer's needed to be made and was quickly and professionally handled by project managers Chelsea Wiley and James Stull. Happy with the entire experience and the new roof looks great!

Although the MLM salesman responded promptly and was polite and informative, the initial estimate was way above the expected cost for my roof. After several “reductions” the final estimate provided was still about double the figure provided by two other companies promising similar quality of materials and workmanship. I was not impressed by “must close on this deal today to get at this cost” sales technique and would not recommend this company to anyone I know. As roofing replacement is a significant expense for a house owner, as Angie’s list guidance suggests, it is thoroughly recommended that several bids are obtained to compare estimates before proceeding.

They called me, they came 07/01/2020 to give us an estimate and put windows on my house, I went ahead and signed the contract with them, but they went unresponsive and haven't contacted me back since the beginning of August. They have my social security number, all my information has been forwarded to them, I have signed a loan contract for the project, and I can't get hold of them no more, I called today at 12:54PM and talk to the receptionist, she told me that she'll take message and forward it to Chelsea, but never heard from Chelsea, she also another number for Chris Mulligan 5719338267, I haven't heard from Chris as well. My only concern, is that they have all my personal information and a signed contract, and they haven't contacted me back if they are still going to do the job or not, no follow up, no communication at all from them, They are not a professional company and definitely not a professional people.

Overall the sales representative, site manager and crew lead were courteous and professional. They informed me of every step and answered any and all my questions. They offered a price lower than expected for a cash job. They completed the job on time and left my yard clean with no damage to gardens and plants. Overall a good experience.

MLM is simply the best. From our 1st meeting with Scott Bolden, we knew we were in great hands. I will say Scott and his team went above and beyond with working with our insurance. Where several other roofing companies “ran away” never to be heard from again, Scott and MLM was willing to work with us and our insurance to the point where they were able to get our insurance to pay for the full roof replacement. This is after we only had the back part of the roof paid for, we sign to pay for the rest, but Scott’s team worked their magic (which no other roofing company was willing or able to do) and were able to get full coverage even after we signed!! Also, Angel Martinez is a great Project Manager bring on a great, nice, courteous, and efficient team to work on the roof. Not only did they replace the roof in 1 ½ days and left our yard and surrounding area spotless. Several days later they followed-up with several inspections and were willing to help with a few follow=ups – with no extra charge! Highly recommend MLM… We are more than satisfied!

Angel and his team did an excellent job, finished early and cleaned up after themselves, I would definitely recommend them.

Beautiful job done by MLM...crews showed up first thing in the morning and explained what they were going to do. I received photo's around lunch time showing me the progress of job and again around 3 pm when finishing up. James kept me informed throughout the process. I had a few pieces of wood that needed to be replaced and they showed me pics - in addition I added a solar fan and they moved existing units so that they would be spaced evenly across the roof. I absolutely love my roof and would recommend MLM to anyone looking to get housework done!

We had a great experience with MLM on our roof replacement. From our first meetings with Matt all the way through installation and follow-up with Alex Jurado, everything was handled very professionally. The roof work reflects a high degree of workmanship and quality. The gentlemen who did the roof work were respectful, polite, and efficient. Everything seems to have gone smoothly, and all our questions were answered responsively. The roof project was completed with us feeling good about it and being glad we went with MLM. We feel confident with their work. Thanks to Matt and Alex for guiding us through what was a major undertaking for us and being so friendly, thorough, and respectful all the way throughout!

They were very professional. They replaced all of our windows, for a great price. The windows look great, we’re installed well, and improved our energy efficiency. My one complaint is they weren’t very responsive after they were hired. They would contact me quickly after I would contact them, but I had to reach out multiple times to get them to complete the work

They were nice. They were great. It was really good. They contacted us and kept us up to date.

They were fast, and professional and informative. I was able to get a very good discount from their Father's Day special. I am very satisfied with the result!

It was nicely done and the job was completed on time

They responded very quickly to my inquiries and they were good about keeping me updated about materials, but in the end the job wasn’t done on time, as promised when the contract was signed. I paid a premium to have the job done by a certain date. The quality and workmanship looks first rate, however. There’s also a very good warranty covering future repairs.

Went well from start to finish. Arrived on time, cleaned up meticulously, roof looks amazing!
