Because of weather issues, the appointment got moved around but showed on time when the weather cooperated. Spent an appropriate time on the roof and looking at the attic and room ceilings for signs of distress. Properly analyzed the issues and corrected them by tightening the ridge vents back down onto the roof. Essentially solved the small water leaks that were associated with the ridge vent separation problem. An excellent value for the money and would recommend anyone with a large roof that has not been examined in a while to snap up this deal next time it comes around.

Very punctual. Called me an hour in advance to let me know that he is on his way. Very personable, friendly. I was not at home and has asked him to follow up with me after the appointment, which he did. I did not need a new roof or any repairs and he was perfectly content with telling me that I have another 5-7 years left. This speaks volumes as honesty is key in a continued relationship and I will be using MLM for my other properties in the future. Do not hesitate to give them a call. Excellent all around

We hired MLM to do a number of small jobs, as well as repair the damage done by our previous contractor. They were everything the previous contractor was not: professional, responsive, prompt, good communicators, and did excellent work. When I mentioned that I wasn't thrilled by the quality and look of some of the built-ins they had made, the project manager was there the next morning and had it looking perfect by the end of the day. I highly recommend MLM.

MLM did an excellent job. They helped us evaluate the roof and determine that it had some storm damage. They helped us contact the insurance company, make a claim, and get it approved. MLM then performed the work of replacing the roof with new shingles and tested if any old wood needed replacing. The work was completed in two days and seemed to be very expertly done. MLM has made follow up visits to see that we are completely satisfied with their work and with the new roof. We are very pleased and satisfied with the whole process and would recommend them to other persons who need their roofs replaced.

We couldn't be happier with MLM Home Improvement and their roofing team. We were provided with a thorough and professional estimate which included satellite imaging of our roof. At the time of the estimate we received a free roof inspection which was helpful in finding out that our roof needed to be replaced. The roofing installers were clean and professional as well. They cleaned up the yard including all nails and hauled away all of the debris the same day. We highly recommend you give MLM a call if you are in need of a new roof.

This is easy to write because the experience I had with MLM was superb. From the beginning stages to the end everything was great. From the sales people to the actual roofers they all showed great professionalism. They were always one time, pleasant to be around, and I always felt in the loop and comfortable with the staff. Most importantly, they did an amazing job on our roof! It looks great! Christian Lowe was great at giving us the information necessary to decide on what type of shingle to get as well. I would never hesitate to use MLM again for any of my home improvements. I would recommend that everyone give these guys a call! You will be happy you did!

On or about March 12, 2014 a huge storm hit the area where I live causing damage to my roof, knocking off many shingles and other damage i.e exposing the underside of the roof. A check of the damage by MLM Home Improvement Company revealed that the shingles were defective and the entire roof would need to be replaced. I called my insurance company and they sent a representative to inspect the roof and agreed with MLM Home Improvement recommendation of a total roof repair. MLM Home Improvement replaced my roof in a day and a half. The work performed by MLM was excellent. They removed all of the old shingles and all old debris were removed from the roof. They also used a magnet board to check and remove any roofing nails which had fallen into our yard during the roof replacement. As president of my home owners association I talked to other home owners in our neighborhood who had damage to their roofs. The ones who used MLM Home Improvement also gave them high marks. I will add MLM to the list of contractors to use.

MLM is run by two great courteous and conscientious guys that make sure all details are tended to. They weren't happy unless I was and were very thorough and generous with their work and time. I was real impressed on how quickly the whole process went and there was none of the typical wondering if someone would show up to do the job. Prompt , professional and quality workmanship.

We would wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend MLM for renovation and remodeling work in an apartment or house. They were fantastic! John and Christian, the owners, were a pleasure to work with at every step in the process, from the planning and design to the actual work of the project and through to its completion. The quality of their work is excellent with strict attention to making sure that everything was done to the high standards that we had for our new home. The main workman who was there everyday, Chris, was an extremely nice person with great expertise in just about any area who made sure that all was done just as we wanted it. Whenever we had a question or concern, John, Christian, and Chris made sure it was addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. On the few occasions when we decided to change something after it had been completed, i.e., changing a paint color or the shower head in one bathroom or the handles on closet doors, it was done easily with no problem. Cost-wise we felt that pricing for this major renovation project was very fair and in the price range that is appropriate for this type of project. John was very easy to work with in the area of costs and pricing. All the various workmen were very careful about protecting the hardwood floors that were already there as well as the existing kitchen cabinets and were excellent about cleaning up once the project was completed. They were especially careful during the renovation to be respectful of the condominium building's rules regarding times that work could be done, noise, and protecting hallway walls and elevators. They even vacuumed the hallways outside our door each afternoon before leaving! We had moved from a suburban house where we had lived for 33 years and raised our children to this apartment in the city with high hopes for creating a lovely new home with just the look that we desired. MLM has done just that, making our new home into the beautiful space we wanted. We highly recommend this fine company run by outstanding people.

We found MLM on the internet along with several other roofing contractors. They came out to our home and did an inspection of our roof along with an eagle view satellite report and estimate. Their price was in the middle of the other two contractors, however we felt very comfortable and confident in John and the rest of his team. The process was smooth from the start and was a lot faster than I expected. The shingles were delivered and the guys got started on our roof the next day. They had finished removing the old shingles by lunch and had the new roof on by that evening. They worked hard all day to get it done. The project manager was on site throughout the day to answer any questions and seemed to be making sure the work was being done properly.They didn't leave any trash or nails in our yard and even used magnets to make sure they got all the small nails and other metal. We were VERY impressed with not only the quality of their work, but also their professionalism. They were very easy to work with and we would certainly recommend them to others!! MLM is/was responsive when I called and Justin and John are very professional. However, the paint job left a lot to be desired. They used a semi gloss paint on the exterior of the house which can be very tricky to work with. I wasn't asked about using a semi gloss and my house had been painted with a flat finish. The semi gloss finish also makes it very hard to do touch ups without getting sheen marks. I can't tell whether it is the paint, the painters, or the house but we already have bubbling paint and cracked caulk. MLM has been out once already to make repairs but they missed some areas and I am still waiting for them to come back again to make those repairs. I negotiated a two year warranty on their work and I imagine I will be calling them multiple times over the length of the warranty.

Couldn't be happier. This isn't the first time we have used MLM Home Improvement for a project. The guys at MLM were top notch. We received multiple quotes for the roof and were surprised by the variance in prices. MLM came in somewhere in the middle, we were impressed with their credentials and professionalism. They explained the process to us at the beginning and gave us a timeline for the work. We used MLM Home Improvement to replace our old roof. We received multiple bids on the project and although MLM was not the lowest price they were reasonable and their professionalism was fantastic. We felt very comfortable with their knowledge of roofing and the material recommendations. They kept my house clean and when they left you could never tell they were here. We have already recommended MLM Home Improvement to one friend and feel completely comfortable in knowing they will do a great job.

I called several roofing companies before I decided to hire MLM Home Improvement. The estimator that came out and looked at our roof was very versed in all aspects of roofing and wanted to do a complete inspection of the roof prior to giving me an estimate. This made us happy as we weren't 100% sure our roof needed to be replaced. The inspector explained that we had two layers of shingles and that they would need to remove both layers prior to installing the new shingles. We were a little confused after receiving several estimates because the price difference between the estimates was several thousand dollars. Not only did MLM Have the lowest price, they were several thousand dollars cheaper than the next guy. We are not always interested in the lowest bidder as we have heard horror stories from friends who have gotten bad work doing that, but the expertise and professionalism shown by the MLM estimator and their company credentials were enough for us to give them a shot. I can't tell you how happy we are that we decided to use MLM. Everyone from the estimator to the roofing installation team were professional and great at what they do. They got the job done in the time frame given and they cleaned up afterwards. In fact our yard was cleaner when they left than it was before they came! Our biggest fear was nails and sharp metal in the yard, however they used large magnets to clean all areas of our yard after they were done. Oh, by the way, our gutters weren't draining properly before the roof was replaced, MLM repaired them for free while they were replacing the roof! We would highly recommend MLM Home Improvement for any roof project that you may have. Thanks again MLM!

Our experience with MLM Home Improvement was wonderful from the start. They were very knowledgeable regarding our roof and the work that needed to be done. We felt very comfortable with all of the members of their team, from the estimator to the project manager and installers. The work was done in a timely manner and the MLM team answered all of our questions throughout the process. Anytime we had any concerns we were able to reach out and get a quick response. We have lived in our house for 25 years and the original roof had to be replaced. MLM Home Improvement LLC turned out to be the perfect choice. The company was everything you could possibly ask for; the quality of their work was first class. Management was extremely responsive before AND after the work was done; very professional and easy to work with. Everything about the job was explained to us before the work began. The roof replacement was completed on time and the clean up was immaculate. I recommend this company without hesitation!

They were great. They are a little pricey. They were very professional and very timely. They were kind. I would use them again but I would probably get more than one quote on the price.

It was a really good experience. The scope of the work was updating the master bathroom. The work included replacing tile on the floor and in the shower. Removing a tub and installing a shower, removing old sinks and cabinets and installing new ones with with new faucets and hardware and installing a new toilet. Christian and his crew did a great job, the work started on time and finished on time. The workmanship was top notch. We couldn't be more pleased.

MLM reconfigured our entire master suite. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned every day after they had finished. The work is excellent and they stayed in our budget.

I probably am going to have them do this job. Organizationally, their back office management and billing produces a professional looking estimate. They are good at using technology so they are easy to deal with in terms of the estimating process. They were prompt and John McCambridge is one of the partners. He set up when he was going to show up and itemized the estimate in detail as far as what he was going to do with the bathroom and basement. This is a legitimate company. They have a job minimum so they are not going to take just any job; they try to shoot for about $10,000 jobs. They take payments sequentially as the work progresses.

It was great! John had a genuine interest in solving my problems, did excellent work, and had extremely fair pricing. In fact, his price was approximately $160.00 dollars cheaper than another company that gave me a quote. Furthermore, he was on time and very responsive during the entire project.

Overall, it was a good experience. They charged a competitive price, and we appreciated that there were no hidden fees in the final bill. Furthermore, they did high quality work. They did so well, in fact, that our house sold after its first open house.

Very professional and talented crew! Each member of the crew was knowledgeable and experienced in their own craft. The quality of their work reflects their pride in their work...thorough and conscientious. They showed up ON TIME EVERYDAY, and the workload was organized and well coordinated so progress was made in a timely manner. They cleaned up after each day's work. They were patient and provided creative suggestions for problem areas that we didn't think through completely. The communication was excellent!!!! They were a true pleasure to work with and I plan to use them for any home improvements we make in the future. They eliminated any stress I was having about our remodeling project...it was a real pleasure! I LOVE my kitchen now!!!
