Alex Jurado, the project manager, did an excellent job. The work was done in a timely manner. The process was explained to me clearly and all questions answered, and he came by to make sure that no material was left behänd even before the final inspection. Everyone was very professional and I would use them again.

MLM had replaced our roof a few years ago. Josh K. and Angel came out to determine where the leak was coming from. It was not from the roof. But they kept investigating until they found the source of the leak. Thank you!

Exceptionally well. Our initial contact Cyrus Voss, walked us through the process, including dealing with our homeowner's insurance company. Our project manager, Josh Knepper, stayed on top of the process, visiting our home twice to oversee the work in progress and to evaluate the finished job. Both were very patient with us and made sure all our questions were answered, that we understood our options and that we made good choices. His team of installers were very professional, pleasant and careful. I don't think the project could have gone any smoother.

The crew did a great job, showed up on time and worked late to get us finished in one day. They even came back the next day to do one more walk-thru for cleanup, and James the PM also swept one more time on Friday. He checked in with me throughout the process, and our main contact at MLM, Joel R., has been an absolute pleasure from beginning to end as well. I have dealt with lots of corporations in the past 18 years at my residence, and this was the first time where I was honestly surprised how professional, courteous and reliable this company is. Their crews did a fantastic job replacing my roof! The prep to protect my house and plants was fabulous… workmanship was perfect… and after a spotless cleanup they searched all areas with magnetic bars to be sure no nails were missed. We took our chances when a gentleman knocked on our door to offer roof replacement. We have been thinking about it and were hesitant to use MLM but after reading the company's reviews, we decided to meet up with Brad Bjork. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was the reason we signed up with the company. He went the extra mile to show us options and make sure we were happy with our choices. Everyone else who came after him, who we dealt with for scheduling and questions, like Chris Mulligan, were also very prompt and professional. Although I had little interaction with the roof workers who came, they did a fine job. Mr Mulligan contacted me to find out what and how I want to deal with any concerns I had. Anything that had to be cleaned up after the job was done and addressed very satisfactorily by the team headed by Nelson Gomez. The gutter people also did a great job. Josh Knepper, the project manager, did a site inspection a few times and was very thorough and helpful with this and answered questions regarding other house issues we had. I cannot recommend MLMHI enough. They were prompt, professional and the kind of company that I would want to work with any time.

I am very pleased with MLM Home Improvement LLC and the new roof and gutters they installed at our home. They were very professional from the first phone call to the installation completion. I would highly recommend MLM for home improvement needs.

My first impression was not good. The salesperson who was supposed to show up, they were supposed to be here at a specific time, they didn't show up. I had to call the office and track the person down. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me and say hey, I'm stuck in traffic, I'm late, nothing. They just showed up at my door, didn't even acknowledge they were late. So my first impression was not good. There were a couple of follow ups, and even on one of the follow ups, they were late, So that ultimately affected my decision of not going with them. They didn't even acknowledge they were late, or show up on time.

I was so pleased! MLM helped me in a timely, honest manner. I could not be happier with the quality and the look that my roof now has.

This is the first time I have ever had to get a new roof and I'm glad I decided to go with mlm improvement. I was impressed with the quality of the work and the materials. the instlal only took a day and that was very impressive because I thought it would take much longer. Adam my sales rep did an excellent job explaining everything to me and reccomending the color.

A guy named Devin came and talked about some possible causes, however, since his ladder was not long enough to reach the roof of our townhouse, he promised he would come back in a week with a long ladder. Since that, two weeks past and we heard no news from him. We tried to contact him and left voice message but still no reply. With no other better options, we called the company and made another appointment, this time, surprisingly he called back and said he went to Las Vegas for vacation and felt exhausted and therefore didn't call back, also he said his company was not actively doing business in our neighborhood so he suggested us to find other company instead. This company wasted us 2 weeks and told us they won't do the work.

it went OK. he gave me an estimate for the rook that was quite a bit more expensive than other people gave and i went with someone else

I am currently on Angie's List looking for someone to come and help me with my roof because it is currently leaking. When the company came to look at the roof, I was told that everything was fine and we had nothing to worry about for a few years. I just went on the roof this morning and found a few screws that were not sealed on the roof that are allowing water to leak in the roof. The cover that is supposed to seal the vent is almost completely worn off and there are soft spots on the roof where you can tell the roof needs work. I imagine they got on the roof, looked around, and got down and took my $50 without fixing anything that I can tell needs to be done without being a professional. The scary part is that I had them do both of my houses and now I am scared that the other house has issues as well.

Did a good job at the price agreed up on price. The service provider took pictures of the flashing that had been repaired in 2014 and suggested a second roof inspection before winter.

The person that came out was great. He wen and check the roof and gave me an estimate how long will the roof work. He gave an honest opinion and I will recommend him.

Very good experience. Both my adjacent neighbors lost shingles from their roofs over the winter season due to high winds in the area. I could not see any shingles missing from my roof but wanted extra assurance. My appt. was set for 8 AM. Orthan called me when he was 15 mins away and he arrived at 8 AM sharp. He explained exactly what he was going to perform and how long it would take. He took several pictures while on the roof and reviewed those with me. He was very thorough and explained the features and condition of my roof and shingles. No major concerns and he highly recommended this type of preventive maintenance. They will come back at at the end of the VA storm season (October) and inspect again. Orthan was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. This was an excellent deal that has given me some piece of mind. Highly recommend MLM Home Improvement.

Because of extremely over-filled gutters (that's another Angie's List story), it was not possible for MLM to determine exactly where water damage might be coming from. The flashing all seemed fine but it was likely that water was wicking up from the gutter material. We were advised to have them come back in June after the gutters are clean so that a better assessment can be made. I don't have a lot to go on, but we would certainly have them come back for another look and to potentially do some repair of rotted soffits.

Great experience! This repair was done for a rental property about 90 miles from our home. I never personally met any of the people involved in this repair. Everything was done over the phone. A concern about using a company from long distance is that they will "enlarge" the issue to make more money. This did not happen. I was constantly kept up to date on progress, work was done on time by friendly, professional personnel (confirmed by tenant). Quality of work was top notch! Never tried to up-sale me! Just came, confirmed what I had described as the issue and repaired it. Very pleased. I guess the best compliment you can give is to use them again, which I will do. My roof is old and will need replacing soon. This will be the company I choose.
