Everything went well.  They were on time, completed the job on time and on budget, and did professional work.  I  would definitely recommend them.

The owner was very personable and answered all of my questions.  Furthermore, his workmen arrived on time, did a good job, and charged a fair price.

Very professional and talented crew! Each member of the crew was knowledgeable and experienced in their own craft.  The quality of their work reflects their pride in their work...thorough and conscientious.  They showed up ON TIME EVERYDAY, and the workload was organized and well coordinated so progress was made in a timely manner. They cleaned up after each day's work. They were patient and provided creative suggestions for problem areas that we didn't think through completely. The communication was excellent!!!! They were a true pleasure to work with and I plan to use them for any home improvements we make in the future.  They eliminated any stress I was having about our remodeling project...it was a real pleasure! I LOVE my kitchen now!!!

It was great!  MLM was upfront about everything, was easy to work with, and responded quickly to any concerns or questions.  Furthermore, they did excellent work for a fair price.

Our assigned MLM Handyman, Dave was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He spent about 6 hours at our house and never took a break. I never once felt like he was wasting time, and I felt like my money was well spent. They also went out and purchased materials at the local Home Depot (this was billed and I reimbursed for the material cost, but it made my job super easy and only took them an extra hour) It is great having a handyman that is a jack of all trades. I feel comfortable using MLM handyman for all my to-do's. I am also in the process of looking for a company to remodel my bathroom and MLM does that as well. Just based off of their can do attitude, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship, I don't think I need to look any further. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!!

Christian and John are excellent.  They are great consultants, and they really helped my wife and I to see a vision of our kitchen that we hadn't been able to see before.  That was step one.  From then on, the hard work ensued, and they did a stellar job of staying on task with timely updates and great work.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the work that was done, the timeline, and the final result.  I highly recommend them.

John and his team were great to work with. We had a lot of work done on our home, with John's team repainting and subcontracted work on everything else (new countertops, wood flooring and new carpet). There were a lot of schedules to coordinate and John kept everyone on track and on schedule. Some of the work's prices seemed a bit steep, but I didn't really have the time to shop around for the best price, and honestly, I wanted quality and a contractor I could trust--John's team were that and more! (Plus, the carpet we initially ordered wasn't available and when we selected an alternative carpet (that was apparently higher in cost), John didn't pass on the higher cost to us-- a welcome gesture).



The end result was absolutely beautiful work, done on time and within our budget. I would absolutely use MLM Home Improvement again!

We are so happy we worked with MLM. John and Christian were so easy to work with and the final result is amazing. They took our two worst rooms in the house and made them into great bathrooms, for a very good price. John and Christian were always quick to return our phone calls and always answered many questions. They were super patient with our decision making process and the many, many questions that we had. The whole crew was great, friendly, and clean. Because we did both bathrooms at once we left our house in their charge for about three weeks and everything went very smoothly. Once we were able to move back in the crew even made sure that our cats did not run out the door when they went in and out. THANKS!
The final product is better than we could have ever expected. All of the tile work is so symmetrical and carefully done. All of the work is meticulously done and there was great attention to detail throughout the whole project. During the project the crew discovered an extra foot of space running along the length of the shower and instead of assuming anything, they called us and asked if we wanted to take advantage of this space for a bigger shower. We were so happy that they were paying so much attention and not stuck to the guidelines of the old bathroom because the extra space makes the shower enormous in our little house. 
My husband and I won't hesitate to work with MLM again on future kitchen and basement projects.
