Description of Work: Hooked house up to new gas service and ran necessary gas lines. Removed three oil furnaces and put in three high efficiency gas furnaces. Removed electric stove and water heater and put in gas units.

Description of Work: They've been performing myh anunual furnace check for several years and they always been punctual and priced well. I've never been encouraged to have repairs done that weren't needed. On year I was told I would need a new hot water heater soon and that I should get my furnace cleaned.

Description of Work: We have used MINDTE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING since 1986. Mindte did our original conversion from oil to gas whe a gas line was put on our block. In the summer of 2012 they replaced our dying AC unit, winter 2013 they relaced our gas water heater and this past november 2013 they replaced the 1986 Gas Furnace with our new one. Leonard does all of our servicing for both the AC and Gas Furnace. It is so nice to know who you are dealing with. We trust Leonard's opinion 100% and that is why we have stayed with Mindte forever (27years) because look how long our original Gas and AC lasted until they needed replacing.

Description of Work: I got this company through angies list. I called to schedule regular fall maintainence for the Heating system. They gave me apt 3 weeks...the day of apt they call me and said sorry we have to reschedule you because another emergency came up..after i took off from work to be home. Then i had to wait two additional weeks and they sent this elderly gentleman who could not even climb stairs to get to the area ... pretty lame experience with company...
