Mike did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He was very nice and responsive to my needs, working me into his schedule on short notice. I would definitely use him again.

Everything went great! We ended up with three brand new Grade 1 locks all on the same key. The locksmith even installed a deadbolt on our 8 year old back door that never had one before.

Mike scheduled to come early Sun am after Fri eve call. He had to order a part, but made the door useable meantime, then followed up a week later and finished the job for less than originally quoted.

Mike did a wonderful job, using alternate parts to replace the existing ones no longer manufactured.,

Mike told me there was no need to replace all the locks (front door, side door, and basement door, both door lock and deadbolt for each); rekeying would be sufficient, and cheaper. He was prompt, knowledgeable, informative and responsive to my questions, polite and professional.

I did not actually move forward to hire Mike's Locksmith, but please read. I wanted to write this note to say how much I appreciated the professionalism and candor of Mike. Even though I have not yet hired him for any service, he and his son did come to my home to review two projects that I was considering having done. Mike fixed two simple things on my storm doors, and was very candid in explaining why an additional deadbolt lock on my main entry door was unnecessary. He could have convinced me otherwise in order to make a sell, but he did not. This is a rare candor and professionalism and I so I wanted to leave this note.
