I called Mike's Locksmith and he answered the phone. I told him what I needed. He was at my house within 20 minutes. He immediately told me what I needed and explained my options. I had a positive experience with Mike's Locksmith and am happy to recommend his services to anyone. I was locked out of my house after arriving home very late (1-2 AM) from a trip. I found that Mike's Locksmith offered emergency service 24/7. Even after calling at a very late hour, Mike came over at the quoted time, explained everything he was going to do clearly and professionally, and proceeded to work on the lock. Thankfully, his procedure worked on the very first try and I was in my house quickly. I found Mike to be friendly and professional, even at the very late hour, and gladly recommend his services to anyone.

Called Mike on a Sunday morning to check availability, was able to come same day within the hour. Provided a few options on how to approach the job and was very honest on what was needed and not needed. I would definately use Mike again!!

Mike was very responsive - returned my call for service within a very short time and was available the very next day. He arrived exactly on time, no waiting at all. He gave me a number of options and was not pushy about offering the most expensive option. He let me decide what was best for my budget. Mike was very thorough - the old door knob could not be easily removed yet he spent extra time to properly remove it. He continually asked my opinion on what he was doing to be sure I was happy before he began the next step in the process. A totally unrelated issue was that my door jam had moved from use over time. The doorknob was not catching and the deadbolt had to be used to ensure the door stayed completely closed. Mike stayed additional time to fix that which did not prove to be a simple or quick fix. He was extremely persistent and stayed until he was satisfied that the door closed securely. He did not charge extra for that service or his time, even though I did not initially request that as part of the service I contacted him for. Mike was very pleasant and professional throughout the entire visit and was not satisfied until he knew my home was secure.

Mike himself arrived on time. was very pleasant and professional. Like us could not remove the security screws so he took off the cover and drilled out the screws. Then replaced the old with a more modern version that is safer than the old one. Then he rekeyed the lock to fit our current keys. All done efficiently, pleasantly and we would definitely use him again.

I found the company on Angie's list and chose him because of his positive ratings and the average price of services looked to be lower than any of his competitors. I was pleased that he lived up to his reputation. He arrived with his son (family operation) at our agreed upon time, I explained to him my needs, he listened to me and then he gave me an up front estimate and even offered a suggestion to save money by putting a handle on the inside of one of the locks vs. another tumbler. I would recommend him to anyone and have already shared his info on Facebook and will be using him in the future. As a small business owner myself, I am pleased to deal with promote other small businesses. hank you MIKE....Keep up the good work!

The very old lock on our kitchen door broke. I called Mike, who immediately answered the telephone. When I described my problem, he said that he could be at my home in a couple of hours when he finished his current work. He arrived promptly and explained our options in terms of a new lock and key versus re-keying a new lock so that we could use our existing key. We opted for a new lock and new key in the interest of economy. Mike is very friendly and professional. I believe that he is a "one-man show", which I tend to prefer. His cost seemed very reasonable to me. I don't think anyone would regret using Mike for locksmith service.

I called on the same morning and received an appointment for the afternoon. Mike called to say he would be there fifteen minutes earlier. He opened the deadbolt, saw a loose screw inside the lock, and tightened the screw - and that solved our problem. Mike tested the lock several times, and it worked just fine. He told me that the way he works is to try to fix the problem first, and see if that works. So we did not have to pay $150 to replace the whole lock, and paid only $50. for his time. He was unfailingly polite (to our dog, too), and very professional. I would strongly recommend him to our neighbors and would not hesitate to call him again for any future problems we might have.

The doorknob on my front door came apart on Saturday afternoon. I noticed that Mike is the only Locksmith in my area who advertises 24-hour, seven-day service (and actually answers the phone). I called him at 11am on Sunday, he was here at 1pm on Sunday and made the necessary repairs. He's friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I will absolutely recommend him to my friends and family. Best of all, there was no "emergency weekend service fee!"! Mike seems like an honest guy who takes pride in his work. I will definitely be calling him again.

He is polite, professional, timely. The price is reasonable ($25 for two copies of each of 5 keys). All of them work very well. I am very satisfied.

A friend recommended Mike's Locksmith. I needed several locks changed and added, and a copy of a key to my car. I received an immediate estimate, which was similar and maybe a bit cheaper than expected compared with another locksmith that I used previously. Mike made useful suggestions. He even found a way to reduce the number of locks changed and saved me money this way too. He was funny, friendly and to the point. From the time I called him until all the work was finished it was less than 6 hours. There was no need to haggle, there was no need to supervise. He took care of it all, and left the place and the car clean and the keys and the locks working perfectly fine.

I contacted Mike to change all the locks on my exterior doors. He gave me several options in replacement locks and offered to come out to give me an estimate before he started any work. I wanted to have some design options, also, and he worked with me to decide on a design. Mike is extremely professional, provided all pricing information and at no time pressured me.
