[Member Name], Thanks for giving me an opportunity to address your dissatisfaction with my responsiveness and professionalism. I received a call from you late on Sunday, the 28th September, stating that your lock was not working properly and you were concerned that you could not secure your house. You stated that you were on your way to purchase a new lock at Home Depot and asked me to install your new lock at 10PM, which is outside of my service hours, but I came out to help you because I treat my customers as I would my closest friends. I could have charged you an after-hours fee, as most locksmith services would have, but I don’t believe in taking advantage of situations, so I just charged you my standard labor fee of $95.00. You mention that I was ‘unfriendly’; likely I was tired at 10PM, after a long day of work. I also want to note that Sunday, 28th September was the first and only time that I came to your home because I properly installed the lock the first time. I’m not going to address the personal issues that you seem to have with me.
