They do a lot of stuff that is gratis, that they don't charge for. They are very reliable. They have a wealth of experience, and a wealth of products. The techs who wait on you are very knowledgeable. Their price is competitive. Punctuality is not an issue. I have left my computer there in the past.

The provider did not offer any instructions on how to use the tablet, and the tablet did not come with instructions. The provider did not suggest a website to obtain instructions. I was not impressed with this part of the service and soon became extremely frustrated trying to get the tablet to connect to the internet. After trying for several days off and on, I returned the tablet to the store. Their return policy worked just fine and that's the only good feeling I ended up having.

The technician looked at it, told me a needed a new power supply and showed me how to fix it myself. This saved me at least $50. Very good advice/service.

I have used them on a couple of occasions. I liked their service. They are pretty crowded.

They give amazing advice. They are extremely knowledgeable and really know what they are doing. They're a true wealth of knowledge.

They did a great job. I wrote to the company myself and complimented them on their great work and the exceptional service man that helped me. He spent a lot of time with me not knowing if i would actually use them or not. He wrote up an estimate for me with everything we had talked about. I later chose them and came back to have them complete the work. They stood out in strong contrast to another company I had used in the past.

First off, it is impossible to get a hold of anybody at Microcenter. The two times I did manage to get through, I was forwarded to "Repairs: and nobody ever answered. Typically, they keep you on hold about 11 minutes and drop you off. The tech, John, was nice enough. I picked up my computer after 2 weeks! They ran a diagnostic finding that needed a new motherboard. They replaced it, tested it and I picked it up. It wasn't until I got it home that I found the new motherboard has NO firewire port like my old one did. Now I cannot download video from my camera. When I tried to reconnect my backup IDE hard drive in the case, I found they had replaced my IDE cable with a new one that had NO extra connections on it meaning I cannot connect this hard drive now. SO, to sum up: I will have to BUY and INSTALL a Firewire card and IDE cable myself. WHat a fiasco. AVOID them.
