Fair price quick removal

The service was great. They give the price, they were on time, and the price was great. The service was really good. I had no complaints. I deal with a lot of contractors, and they were better ones. They fixed the issue without additional charge, and they were above and beyond my expectations.

Wow...these guys were very professional friendly and meet my expectations for the job! I was very pleased with the work, can't wait for my next project.

Mauricio and Carol make a great team. They were able to set up a quick estimate, talk us through the scheduling and process, and get the job done very efficiently. Mauricio said the job would be done in five days, it was done in four and some change, and it looked beautiful.

Initial price proposal was affordable, however the person conducting the initial inspection did not understand the all the issues with concrete sub-floor preparation, and we were unprepared for the additional preparation and wait time that was required. Actual flooring installation work was punctual and professional with good results. Trim work was slightly different than anticipated, which meant one additional piece of trim had to be ordered causing more delays in finishing. Communications were not great, not always helpful regarding what installation materials would be required, and not always responsive. Billing procedures were impatient, inaccurate, and unprofessional. Final results on the flooring were good but the administrative process was amateurish.

They did a good job on the floors for a reasonable price. The molding is the only problem I had with them. The doors would not close after installation. They claim it was not their fault but considering that was the only change that happened around the doors (and the doors opened/closed fine for several years prior). Regardless, they said they would fix it but never ended up following through with it. I would consider working with them again but probably not any molding work.

They did not charge for the quote. They were very nice, we just didn't go with them because of price. Their pricing was higher than what we were expecting, it wasn't too far out from the realm of what we thought, but it was probably 20% higher. We got the work done significantly less expensive with another contractor. They showed up on time. I was not waiting when they came out. They were professional. I would probably get another quote from them in the future.

I contacted Mauricio Vitali, owner of MC Floors, in August 2015 about replacing carpets in my condo with hardwood. He came that same week and gave me a verbal quote while he was there, which he followed up with a written quote the next day. I was not entirely ready to move forward with the job--still had to select wood, etc.--but he recommended I speak to a guy at Lumber Liquidators who would help me with the wood purchase. (MC Floors also has a company that delivers flooring for Lumber Liquidators.) The experience with Lumber Liquidators's salesperson (Danny) was also helpful in terms of educating me. Finally I contacted MC Floors again in October when I was ready to order the flooring. They were quick to work with me to set up an installation date that fit my schedule and re-work the quote around my new decisions on the type of installation. The job, which took 2 days instead of 3, turned out beautifully. The detail work around the corners of the door frames is well done as are the transitions even in the w/d and heater closets. I am very satisfied. At all times Mauricio and Carol of MC Floors have been responsive, speedy, and helpful. Both were easy to understand and professional. After getting a non-quote from Empire, and researching lots of companies on the web that wouldn't give estimates, it was a pleasure for Mauricio to come out immediately and quote me on the floors and answer all my questions. His 4 crew members obviously knew what they were doing and treated my condo with care. The first day, when I had to go in to work instead of teleworking, Mauricio and the crew changed their arrival time so they could meet me at 7:30 in the morning and get the job started. I look forward to recommending MC Floors to others since I my flooring needs are met for the moment!

I didn't get the work done for outside reasons, but the provider was responsive and seemed flexible. Will definitely consider this provider when I'm ready to move forward with the project.

MC Floors did a fine job installing the floors in my kitchen and matching up the flooring to the hardwoods in the connecting hallway. The team was efficient and very responsive. I would definitely hire them again.

Mauricio and Carol were very responsive to my inquiries. Mauricio did the initial site visit to get measurements and to advise on the materials that were needed. Carol was instrumental in following up with me and setting up the installation. Carlos did the actual installation. He was punctual, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He assessed the job and quickly got started. He made suggestions and diligently worked on the floor. He completed the job within a few hours. He matched up the design on the various tiles so that it looks continuous. It looks gorgeous. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer! I would definitely recommend MC Floors.

On the first day, the carpet was removed and flooring was installed in master bedroom, living room and dining room. The second day they worked on the kitchen, moving the appliances and installing laminate floor. They finished the 2nd bedroom and hallway on the 3rd day and all the molding. Through it all Mauricio was very professional but friendly. He explained what was happening and what I could expect at the beginning and answered any questions I had. I am very satisfied and would recommend MC floors to all my friends and neighbors.

MC floors was very responsive when I contacted them and told them that I had an urgent requirement to have a "click" vinyl flooring installed in my basement. They said that they would honor the coupon that was offered through Angie's List, so I bought the coupon and they applied it to their total estimate. They stated upfront that there would be an additional charge for covering the steps with the same flooring material and installing a rubber baseboard around the base of the each wall of the basement. They were able to schedule the installation two days later and came and did a great job installing the vinyl flooring, steps and rubber baseboard. There was a one-day delay due to the delay in the delivery of the vinyl flooring that I purchased separately, but they were accommodating by starting the following day and completing everything in one day. The workmanship installing the "click" floating vinyl flooring was flawless. They moved all of the appliances and furniture to do the flooring underneath and moved them back, so I didn't have to move anything which was great! There were a couple of areas where the rubber baseboard was not adhering properly to the wall, so I informed them the next day and they came back a couple of days later and re-glued the baseboard so it would adhere properly. Overall, I had a very good experience. My basement looks great and I have not had any issues (it has been about 5 months since the job was completed).

Mauricio was extremely professional and above all honest about all the work, time and cost of my floor. I had done some research and contacted other companies that charged me an arm and leg for the job MC Floors did. The installer, were precisely with all his measurements and no material was wasted. They were punctual and finished the job within the time frame. I am extremely happy with MC Floors and I would recommend their services to all that wants a professional company.
