Ryan quickly discovered that the furnace wasn't working because of the broken ignition device. The heating element was replaced and the furnace starting working. Mastercraft has done other work for me in the past and continues to provide excellent service at a great price. I would have no problem recommending Ryan and his company to anyone. They are honest and knowledgeable.
