I was given an estimate over the phone with clear breakdown of cost for the service call and the hourly rate. I was able to get an appointment the same day - within an hour. Our technician Travis called ahead before leaving his prior appointment and arrived on time. Travis was excellent and very friendly, got right to work. No issues with the re-key or services performed and the total came right within the range of the quote.

+ -1 moreI got locked out of my house. I called Liberty Lock And Security Inc. in Rockville, MD. They were nice to me over the phone. The young lady referred me to a gentleman over the phone that said they charge $89 a service call and $169 an hour for labor. A gentleman named Darryl showed up in 30 minutes. Had the door opened in 15 minutes. They only billed me for the service call and a half hour of labor. Incredible response time and fast service. I highly recommend Liberty Lock And Security Inc. in Rockville, MD.

Description of Work: I had locks replaced on two doors. They both had the kind that you had to use a key to open the door even from the inside, which is unsafe. Paul replaced the dead bolt on one door with a thumb turn deadbolt (didn't need to change the knob part that did not have a lock) and replaced both the knob lock and the deadbolt on another door. I've used them before and service is always great and they are pleasant to work with. I didn't shop around for price so I am not sure whether I got the best price or not but considering that it took some time (maybe an hour or so?) to install the new locks, I think it was fair.

+ -1 moreThey did a nice job. One person came out and it took him two hours to complete the job. The locks are high security that they had to break them. You need authorization to unlock them and the mechanism on the bolts can not be destroyed. They are confident on what they do. I would tell friends to expect them to be customer friendly, competitive prices and they do good work.

+ -1 moreIt was a good experience. The tech (Tim) arrived on time, was pleasant and courteous, and worked quickly. They gave good advice. The store personnel were very helpful and nice as well. I would do business there again. It was a convenient location to my house too.
Description of Work: All locks in the house were changed, rekeyed to the same key(s), and duplicated. One deadbolt broke during the replacement, so I had to go to the Liberty store and purchase a new one. The tech at the house gave good instructions to allow me to replace that one myself (cost an extra $47).
