He did great work on the kitchen cabinets and came back quickly at noi charge when one developed a problem. But Frank is very difficult to get hold of. I''m currently waiting after two phone calls a week apart to see if he 'can do it' for a ceiilng fan replacement and and new screen door. I still haven't heard from him after nearly two weeks.

Following water damage, we engaged in a major upgrade of our downstairs. It required ceramic tiling around 1000 sf of living space that had been a mix of wall-to-wall and linoleum tiles. Frank and his team removed dated texturing from walls and ceilings, replaced all the drywall that was damaged, replace and upgraded plumbing and a utility sink, fixed irregularities in the concrete floor and then tiled with ceramic tiles. Frank met with us at an architectural tile outlet and helped us select tiles and grout.His suggestion to use tile instead of baseboard was a great idea. They repainted everything. We will use him again.

We ended up getting the parts from the manufacturer for free and decided to try to fix the door ourselves with the directions sent. Will call Frank again if we can't do it. He was very helpful on the phone upon first and followup contact.
