Took over an hour. |We called the day before, and were told because of all the frozen pipes they were handling, they wouldn't be able to come until the next day, but said we'd be scheduled first. Steven was at our door at 7:30 a.m. So far, so good! I don't know how the price compares to other companies. We didn't ask for the Senior discount, and it wasn't offered.

Description of Work: Leahy has replaced a boiler and water heater for us. Both times they discussed our needs before recommending capacity. They worked with us when we thought we wanted to buy a water heater from Home Depot and have Leahy do the installation, but ended up buying from Leahy. We never felt pressured to do more than what was needed.

Description of Work: I called them because my bathroom was clogging up. I live in a home that's less about 1 yr old so this was concerning for me. They came and tracked mud all into my first floor with their dirty shoes. They flushed toilet paper down the toilet a few times and said everything was fine. I literally flushed $95 down the toilet. I wish they would have troubleshooted over the phone to tell me to do this and I could have saved the $95. I asked for them to snake the toilet but they insisted there was nothing to snake. I was generous with my ratings because I have hired them in my old house to replace a sewer line which they did a great job at a very reasonable price.
