She’s great at design; however, recently she chose not to reach out to me after an issue with fabric chosen for a loveseat that was reupholstered. I understand this was a small job, but when there’s an issue, one would hope that the person they hired would problem solve it. Unfortunately, that did not happen and, quite frankly, I was left to hang dry. I cannot use her services again.

She listened well and did not try to push her opinion without considering ours. She knew where we could be a little more adventurous and where we couldn’t. She waited until she knew me better to make suggestions.
