+ 0 moreWas great. He replaced a leaking cutoff valve to the water heater and removed an old pin valve I wasn't aware was there. He also looked at a slightly rocking toilet and told me it wasn't worth paying him $220 re-seat it, he just shimmed it for free! Finally found my go to plumber.
Description of Work: Replaced cutoff valve on water heater; shimmed toilet.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. One person came out. It was too time consuming jobs so it took several hours. He is very professional, technically competent. He's tidy about his work and organized.
Description of Work: KLG Piping and Drain Cleaning LLC replaced the water heater and a valve in the shower. He came out and gave us an estimate. He asked us if we had any preferences on how we wanted it done. He put plastic up to control the mess.

+ -1 moreGreat service and Kasta is a real gentleman. I offered him addtional payment, but he refused, sticking to his estimate.
Description of Work: Recently purchased our house. Two window well drain pipes hadn't been cleaned in a decade and claused flooding in basement. KLG came on Saturday afternoon providing us with an estimated and cleaned drains on Tuesday. Work was more complex than explected. In addtional to cleaning the drains, Kosta, the owner, provided us free advice to prevent future problems.
