I hired them and I recommend them to my neighbor. I was very satisfied. They were two different sets of crew that came out. One did the shingles and the carpentry work and the other crew did the gutters and downspouts. They both did good work. They are a small company and they don't want to be a major company. I can actually walk to they house because they live in my neighborhood. There was a billing issue we had and we worked it out without any trouble. They were a little hard to get hold of because they were busy and they don't advertise because they don't need to. They work through word of mouth. Last year during summer we had storms for about 3-4 weeks and each time the storm hit a different part of the area. At that time roofers were easy to find but carpenters were difficult because there was so much of structural damage because of trees falling and carpenters became really busy for a while. It took a little while to find them like any good company. I did get bids and their bid was not the lowest but I certainly liked the way they handled themselves and everything. They came well recommended from Angie's List as well as other organizations. I couldn't find anything negative and saw some good things about them. I used them and I am glad I did. They were pretty responsive and when we had an issue with billing we worked that out without any trouble. My neighbors had a problem with their roof and I gave them their name and they are happy. They were local to me and I was very pleased.

Took a little while to get an estimator to come out, and a fair amount of lead time to schedule the roof replacement itself, but apparently roofing companies have been busy around here recently, so no real complaints about that. New roof looks good, and their cleanup after they were done was mostly successful, although the mess left on the roof after day one of the two-day job ended up getting blown around our yard a bit during an intervening thunderstorm. Overall, they've been easy to work with and we're pleased with the results.

Kellyco provided the second-lowest of the five estimates I obtained, and was the lowest credible estimate. They arrived promptly on the agreed-upon date and performed a quality job in one day. They were courteous and professional and left the property in excellent condition with the exception of some oil spilled on my brick walkway. They returned a few days later to remove the oil stain. Communication and responsiveness were excellent thoughout the proposal period, and during and after the performing of the work. I could not ask for better perfomance.

They did a terrific job. They are very reliable and reasonably priced. They are also very responsive. They performed good, quality work.

They were great. They were reliable, responsible and very pelasant to deal with. Their work is holding up very well 2 years later. I would highly recommend them.

They were very prompt in responding to our request for an estimate. We took a couple weeks getting estimates, and one of the reasons we selected them was because theirs was good for more than 30 days. They were not the company that suggested the color we selected, but it was a much better choice than the one all the other companies recommended as closest to our current roof. On a very hot day in July, the crew did a remarkable job. The new roof had some scuff marks, which we reported and they repaired it promptly (while we were on vacation, without notifying us that they would be doing it). They did a fairly good job cleaning up, although we are still finding pieces of old shingles in the bushes and we had to pick up a significant number of nails from the deck and front walkway. The ridge vent is a good investment. We definitely noticed a cooler upstairs this summer.

I highly recommend this company. They are great communicators. I felt I really got a top notch roofer for great price value. I selected them from many bids. Everything went perfect.
