K&S repaired an upholstered chair and made it look brand new. Their price was reasonable and I am so pleased with their work!

The owner provided very good advice about choice of fabric and what could or could not be accomplished with repairs to the furniture. The end result was excellant.

They are wonderful. They did an excellent job, were very quick, pleasant to work with and got the chairs back when they said I would. I would and already have recommended them.

We visited 3 shops in the area and found K and S to be lowest on price. Reviews indicated we should expect quality to be very good at each of the shops. K and S won out on price. We were promised completion of the job in approximately 1 week and they met the schedule. We are very pleased with the quality of the final product which we judge as excellent. To put this in perspective, this was not a complicated reupholstery job, but nonetheless worthy of praise. The reason for the slight downgrading under professionalism is the lack of any organization to the fabric samples in the shop. So this is not a browser-friendly setup. I will say that this disarray was not unusual among the shops we visited. Fortunately one can arrange an appointment with the English-speaking woman at the shop, and she was very helpful at directing us to some fabrics that would match our need. My wife and I do not have a good eyes for color and design and we relied on her recommendations. She gave us some good fabric suggestions and we were very pleased with the outcome.

It was a great experience for me. Lisa Lee was prompt at returning calls, helped me figure out style details for sofa and the turn around time was before my preferred deadline. I will definitely use her again. The only reason I rated B on price is because its been a long time since I've had reupholstery done and I'm not sure what current average prices are for this service. Overall, it was a very good experience.

They did a good job but did not tack the back cushion to our satisfaction. I called them early on and told them we were dissatisfied with the tacking of the back cushion. They were supposed to put me on their schedule for them to come back out but that has not occurred. I left another message on their machine and I still have not heard back from them. They did the job within the time they said for the price they said. The quality of work was very good but they did not get back with me so my enthusiasm for their company and the work they did is diminished.

I called the office late on Tuesday afternoon and was quoted a price over the phone. I took the cushions to their facility that afternoon and Lisa said they would be ready by Friday afternoon. They were ready as promised, and look and feel like new. I would definitely use this company again.

We brought in 2 antique chairs to be re-padded. The owner was very patient with us and had plenty of fabrics from which to choose. Our fabric had to be ordered, but we were pleasantly surpised when we got the call that the job was done. The chairs look beautiful.
