Joseph Floresca Painting

Joseph was recommended by my condo association and I asked him to remove very old wallpaper from kitchen and bath walls, repaint, plus repair a few small patches from wall damage. He is quick and thorough, arrived within an hour of appointment times and followed through with good communication. His rate is reasonable and he did good work for the price.

I have used Joseph in the past and he is an excellent guy. I love working with him. He is very detail-oriented, extremely reliable and is a very clean worker.

He did excellent work. He's very easy to talk to, very helpful as far as choosing colors and telling you about the paint. He was extremely neat, he cleaned up everything. I've never had anybody that was so neat before. He has been doing it a long time and obviously knew what he was doing. The paint job was fine and I had a lot of questions. I changed my mind a couple of times and he took it in stride. The price was fair, it wasn't cheap but it certainly wasn't way out of line.

It was an excellent experience. He is a quite guy but a meticulous worker. He gave me an estimate, I called him to confirm on the work and he was there within a week?s time. He is very punctual. Though he worked alone he was able to get everything done on time. He?s a very clean worker and very reliable. I trust him; even when he had to work at home while I had gone out. I just got very lucky with my contractor. I have recommended him to a couple of people.
