Joseph, the owner, responded within 10 minutes of my request. Since I had already scheduled an estimate w/ another contractor, I made an appointment with Joseph for the following day. He had an appointment nearby and drove by our condo for an initial look at what had to be done. When he came to do the estimate , he already had a good idea of what was needed. He gave a thorough assessment of the work to be done, including his recommendation to replace the fascia board in back, and add gutter screens all around. His quote was fair and quite reasonable, and best of all, the work would be done and completed in one day, Sat. Oct. 28, well within our deadline. Joseph was on site the day work was done and supervised his crew to make sure no detail was overlooked. In fact, when checking the roof, they found a ventilator flashing that had deteriorated and had no seal. This was replaced the same day and sealed, just in time before the rain on Sunday. I was so completely impressed by Joseph's knowledge, professionalism and integrity that I would not consider using anyone else for future projects. He and his company have earned my highest recommendation. I could not have been more pleased.
