Guilman and staff arrived as scheduled and the cleaned windows are spotless.

Guilman and his team were incredibly professional. He came to the house for an initial estimate - and then returned for the work the next week. In both cases, he texted updates if his schedule had changed. I appreciated that a great deal. Most folks just either don't tell you their running late or give you huge window of time. The windows are spotless. They are very old and crummy, but Guilman and his team shared some pointers and insights to make them work better until we replace. Very happy with his work and will call again - and recommend to friends. Just a polite, professional, hard working guy.

The work was done to perfection by highly professional and expert workers. They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and worked quickly and efficiently. Our windows sparkle. We will hire them again and again.

Jassmin did a fantastic job. They arrived when they said they would, calling me about 1/2 hour before to let me know they were on the way. They did the work very quickly. They also cleaned my screens for an extra fee. The screens were not part of the original deal. They cleaned both the inside and outside of the windows, taking care when inside not to track dirt or water in my house. My windows were sparkling after they finished.

I suggested three different dates to JASSMIN HOME & BUILDING SERVICES to do the job, Have not heard anything from them. After giving them three weeks time I wrote again to the company and suggested different dates to clean the windows. NO ANSWER from them, nothing!!!!! I called Angie's List and asked for a refund which I received.

Very well. It was obvious my siding needed to be cleaned (it was green on shaded areas). And results were excellent. I did not realize how much the other areas needed the attention too. Professional, polite, quick, on time, price as promised.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. Their work was impeccable, even though at times it was not easy. They climbed to the second floor to do both inside and outside. If they needed to open the windows, they made sure they were locked upon completion. It wasn't the warmest of days, but they agreed to come anyway and worked until the windows sparkled. This will be my go-to company to perform this service, and I would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Jassmin Home and Building Services. They responded promptly to my inquiries and arrived on time as scheduled. Windows cleaning services were provided by Guilman Gamez and his colleague. My windows were dirty but they thoroughly cleaned both the interior and exterior surfaces. I found them to be courteous and very pleasant. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Great Job. They put on shoe protection inside. Window screens were cleaned and put back in place. It would have taken me 4-5 hours and it would not have been as well done

Guilman & Brandon did a GREAT job cleaning my windows and skylight. After having a bad experience with another company last year, I was nervous to try a window washing company again but I have a lot of windows & needed help! Great service! They quickly communicated with us on setting up a visit and when it had to be rescheduled due to weather they were easy to work with. The work was excellent, and they also brushed off the screens. We added additional windows and their price was reasonable. Overall very pleased and highly recommend them.

I am consistent and regular user of Jassmin. I shoot him a text when I need him to come by and he is there within a couple of days (and sometimes he can come that same day). He always gets the job done perfectly and we appreciate his dependability and hard work. Also, he did a great job power washing our home. We could immediately see the sparkle and shine after he was done. Lastly, at his first visit, he took the time to evaluate our gutters and noticed how things were setup incorrectly and offered tips on a better setup. I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your gutter services and power washing needs.

The best crew ever!!! We hired Jassmin to help clean our home after a major renovation and it was the best money I have ever spent. Guilman and his wife and crew showed up and cleaned for hours. The attention to detail exceeded our expectations. There was not a spot of construction dust left in the house and we were able to move in as if we just bought a new home. In fact we have hired them now to clean our home on a semi monthly basis. Incredibly professional and thorough.

Outstanding service. Took great care to be careful, had sheet covers and clean mats to cover floors. Two med worked very efficiently and did an outstanding job! Would hire again this spring to do windows.

Guilman was extremely nice and professional. He came right away to give me an estimate. He gave me a deal on the bid. I wasn't ready to have the windows cleaned until we were closer to showing our house for sale. He told me I could have the estimate until I was ready. I called him a few months later. He remembered me and immediately settled on an time for the service. He was prompt and did an amazing job! My windows have never looked so good. He cleaned around the windows, scraped any paint, cleaned out the window seals. I was very pleased and would highly recommend his work to anyone. If we weren't moving out of state, I'd have him clean the windows in my next house.
