Absolutely great service. They were able to find a time to come to my house within a week and did a great job of cleaning the kitchen and all bathrooms, as well as dusting and vacuuming everywhere else.

It worked out great, they did a great job. They charged me what they said they would, I had them do some extra while they were there, which was good. Worked out real well, I was real happy with them. They cleaned house. I was moving, so instead of just 4 hours of cleaning, I had them do some extra stuff to get ready for the walk through. There was no bad part, it was all good! They came, they did what they said they were going to do, they did a good job, it was just house cleaning.

3 people arrived. We did get some value for what cleaning was done, but compared to other housecleaning services a lot more was missed. It could be because one person looks like they'd rather not be there or it could be something else, I am not sure.

She cleaned everything that I asked. She spent 2 hours on my kitchen alone. She was very good and very patient. She called me, after she was done with what I asked, to tell me that it did not take her the 4 hours that I purchased. She came back and did some additional cleaning for the remaining time without any additional charge. I was impressed with her honesty. She was very nice, professional, and I plan on using her in the future.

Cleaning service was excellent! very detailed oreiented. The only problem I have is the deal called for two people at two hours each $85 and Marcusa brought 3. She also insisted on being paid directly instead of the Angie's List way of paying(coupon code). Loved the cleaning was not happy with the way she attempted to collect funds for service. And her insistance on bringing extra cleaning personel after I said on the phone that I would not be paying for three.

The work was excellent - much better than other cleaner's we've used in the past.

The service turned out good. It was like in the contract they would work up to four hours. They were only here for an hour-an-a-half because there were three of them and she said that they both were taking an hour that is how it was done. I did not kind of understand that, but she kind of explained it to me. I thought they would be here for four hours and I did not know that it was based on the amount of people with them. They were pretty thorough. They were not as thorough as I wanted in the beginning. I had to tell them to dust around my entertainment center. I had televisions in each bedroom and I told them to please dust that area. They did not do a lot of dusting like I thought they would do. I had things out of place and I guess they were told not to touch things out of place, but they did not do any straightening up in my table. They were here on time. I took them down to my basement and she said they could not do the basement and that could have been an additional charge.
