They are great. My real estate agent originally recommended them to me. They do a great job and cost less than the big name companies. They came out and were very thorough and professional. They are courteous and clean. They checked out every nook and cranny. The price was extreamly reasonable and was much less than anticipated. It was sooooo much less than the BIG name pest control professionals. More bang for my buck definitely.

They come out quarterly for pest control and incidental treatments. They're knowledgeable, easy to use and always on time. They're respectful and professional.

They come every month to spray around the exterior of the house for ants. They are very easy to get hold of and work with. If I am not home they go ahead and spray for me. It is very convenient to not have to make an appointment every month.

They do a good job. They thoroughly inspect each time they are out.

They come every couple of months. We've been using them for 8 years. We really like the owner. They are very responsive to all of our needs. They are a little pricey. They are very punctual.

Buddy (owner) came out promptly (also gave courtesy call to let me know when he would arrive) and obviously had a great deal of knowledge and experience in this field. He took the time to educate me about termites...what they are, what they do, where they are more likely found, and what to expect. The damage turned out to be old and minor (and the joist already had evidence of being repaired). Buddy did not try to sell me on anything. He was honest and objective. btw, I was referred to him by another truthworthy contractor and am completely impressed. And, my request was a rush request. Buddy came out on the day the house was available (next day) during lunch time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will use them again in the future for pest issues.

Trey seemed very thorough and shared a lot of information about silverfish. He worked efficiently and even offered to caulk the panel that he had to remove to get behind the tub. He went up in my attic when the heat index was over 100 degrees. He performed a level of service that was appropriate for a client who was selling a house.

They are the best. They are honest. They work fast and are thorough, and they do a great job. Their prices are very reasonable. They are coming out to my new house. They are really great.

We have used this company in the past. They are wonderful. we specifically asked for the owner to come out and he did. Every time they have come, they have taken care of the problem the first time.

Justin was very helpful and efficient. He knew his stuff and was not at all pushy. WHen I asked about how service contracts worked he gave me the info but didn't try to sell it to me, suggesting I didn't seem to have a need for it right now. What I thought was an ant problem was more of a yellow jacket issue and he did a thorough walk around to be sure there weren't any other issues, and he left me with some sticky traps after a conversation about seeing house centipedes. Time will tell whether his solutions worked, but I'm confident. It was clear he cares about the company--a good reason to avoid a chain.

There is no one better than Trey Stillwell and his team. I have been using him for years now, and there is no infestation control expert who is nicer and more knowledgeable than Trey and his team. I absolutely recommend him to anyone, and I would not use anyone else.

We are on a yearly contract with them. We've been using them for twenty years now. They've been very reliable and responsive. There are no complaints at all.

Very professional and were honest with their assessment. The technician took pride in his job and wasn't into the up-sell, which was nice. He was eager to explain what he was doing and why and what results I should expect. A very good experience overall.

It is a pretty small operation. I like their personalized service and that they aren?t a hard sell; they provided an honest assessment of what we needed.

They've been fine. It's a small company and we see the same person every month, I like that because I know them. I had a wasps nest in my attic and they came out and handled it right away. They are punctual, they are competent and they are easy to deal with. I think the price is reasonable but since I've used them for 20 years I don't know.

Infestation Control did an effective job. I did not have to get into a contract with them. They still come out when I need them.

They came out to inspect for termites in the shed, basement and back deck. They were very pleasant and helpful. We have an older home and he gave us some advice and suggestions in dealing with our older home, things I never realized which we really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable. This is the second time we have used them and we will certainly use them again.

He sprayed the area that the bee was drilling a hole into and we have not had any problems since. I have total confidence of their timing for the treatment of any particular insect.

They gave me a good understanding of what the different kinds of pests were in my house. One time I had a snake, and even though they don't really deal with snakes they showed me how to lay sticky boards down. They were generally helpful.

You COULD NOT ask for a better experience, from beginning to end. This company was selected by using Angie's List. I set out to find a company that had ONLY A ratings. Many other companys may have an overall A rating but also have their share of less than favorable (F's) ratings. This company had exclusively A ratings, and I see why! I will recommend this company to friends and neighbors without hesitation and will use them in the future when the need arises.

I happened to be working at home the day I called and asked whether someone could come out that day so I would not have to take time off from work another day, and was very pleased that they were able to accommodate me. I was told on the phone that I would be charged the minimum charge of $185.00. The charge seemed high to me (the whole operation only took about 15 minutes), but I did not call to check other companies' prices for the same service. The work is warranteed for 30 days; the rep told me that the length of warranty is totally at the discretion of the person who does the work, and it could have been as short as two weeks.

They come once in every 2 months and spray in and around my house. They are very courteous and punctual. They are responsive and prompt as well. They are also friendly and their pricing is good.

This company has worked for me on more than one occasion. I have found them to be complete honest..no big sales pitch for something I don't need, just straight forward excellent knowledge and professionalism. I called for a second treatment of a pest that often returns. They advised me to wait until the nesting season was over and then treat, otherwise I might need to call them back for more treatments and additional expense. They came on time, did everything requested, checked additional areas and were extremely accommodating and professional. I use them because I once called them in to inspect and asked about treatment for a recent pest problem. The technician told me that I had already done what was necessary and advised me not to do work I did not need. Surely enough, I waited and the problem resolved itself. Their honesty makes them my first and only choice.

They sent a guy out to take a look and he left a very detailed account of what he did, where he looked, and why he thought there were no entry points. Added that if I still heard movement that they would come out again for no extra cost to peek in the attic for activity. I decided that wasn't necessary based on his professional opinion of the exterior points. I have not heard anything in the attic since either it was my wild imagination or the critter died up in my attic.
