With the Angie's List discount, this was cheaper than a competitor I called. Plus, I valued the fact that the person I called had a conversation with me about what the problem was and explained that they would come out and evaluate the situation before providing an estimate. This, I thought, was a much better approach than the competitor, who only asked me how many carpets I have. The technician who came for the service was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. I would definitely use this company again, although I hope I never have to.

He was lovely, he was just very nice. He put up some traps to use to help trap the adults, so that was the best solution. He was just delightful to work with. I thought the service was excellent. Given the problem we have, he was quite honest about what we could expect to see for results. He advised us to clean up the cabinets in terms of any flour or rice, as this allows them to breed.

Not great. The trap only sort of caught the rat, which thrashed around for over 30 minutes before it died. It managed to escape the room where it was caught and migrate somewhere - with the trap on it - that we could not find. The company guy came out and located it and the maggots which were growing in it and removed it, but left the maggots for us to vacuum. He failed to find the OTHER dead rat which was the source of the ongoing smell in the basement, which we found weeks later under the couch. He had not paid attention to our saying the smell was in that area - he theorized that the humidifier (where he found the first rat) was spreading the smell to the other end of the room. Wrong. THEN - our fly problem which had already begun and which we had sought help with when he first came out, became far, far worse. At this point we are killing over 20 flies a day, and have resorted to poison in order to achieve mass murder rather than one at a time with a fly swatter. We do not know where they are coming from but i have no doubt they are related to the two rat deaths. The company told me there's not much they can do about flies, that they don't do much other than set rat traps, when rats are at issue, and when I said there was no point in paying for that since we can do that ourselves, they did not disagree (except to say the some people are unsuccessful with rat traps and the company does it for them).

The roaches started turning up dead from the very first night and all but disappear within a week. The have not come back. The person we came was very professional at all times. He explained exactly what he was doing, the type of poison he was using and how long he anticipated it would take for the infestation to go away. He also detailed the price for every step. Not the cheapest place in town, but definitely worth every penny.

The company sent someone who arrive punctually, was very professional, identified the problems (and where in the house they were occurring) and placed a large number of containers with baited food around the areas of concern. Cost was exactly what they had estimated before coming.

Steve showed up right within the 2-hour window given by the person who scheduled the appointment. He was extremely professional and talked about our options right away. He treated for a big ant problem we had in both of our upstairs bathrooms and advised us on how long to avoid the area. He also checked for bed bugs (one family member was being bit at night) and determined we did NOT have them. He gave some advice on pest prevention (cutting trees back etc). EXCELLENT service that we will be using again.

Have used this company for 10+ years. The two owners run a 1st class professional organization of about 15 crews/trucks. I have referred them to friends and family many times since 2002 and have ALWAYS obtained positive feedback ... friends & family always pleased with quality of service from Infestation Control. Ask for Trey...although all the service reps are good and very well trained. This company is consistent...no matter who they send out.

I thought since I was given a 2 hour window for my appointment the technician would show up somewhere in the middle. My appointment window was from 3-5 and he showed up at 2:58pm. He was polite and got right to work. The technician allowed me to follow him around the house asking questions about pest control. I appreciate that the technician was respectful of my home; he asked before he went in any area and handled my possessions with care. He sprayed, put out gel bait, and glue traps. With his left over spray, he treated around my home. It was a good experience and the house did not stay chemical smelling for very long; it was good again in under an hour (my family has sensitive noses). I was fine immediately to resume my day.

They are excellent. I have used them for years. They do the job, they do it for the price they quote, they come out when they say they are going to come and they do a good job. Their demeanor is very good and they are reasonably priced.

They respond very quickly to any problems we've had and do an excellent job of managing any potential problems. Since it's a family-owned company, family members come for service, not subcontractors and they really care about the quality of their service.

Infestation Control, Inc. was fine. They took care of it and solved the problem.

I would give them top marks. They come annually and I pay them once a year. They have a technician named Joel and I have his cell phone number in case I need it. They are just extremely responsive. The office people are very polite. They call me when it's time to set up my next appointment. They are always on time and very thorough. I just can't say enough. They are very professional. They are mindful of the fact that I have dogs and parakeets. I know they are very careful with what they use and where they use it. I've never had a problem and they have been more than helpful.

Responded promply, took care of the problem, had a resonable price for services and were very courteous. Love this company and would call them for any other issues I have.

They will be examining these bugs with a microscope for follow up, but he does not believe that these bugs are anything to worry about. I have had a positive experience with this company. There was no contract for the work and it was worth the cost of what I paid! I feel very comfortable having them back in the future.

It was a great experience dealing with this company. Joel, the technician that came to the house, was courteous, professional, clean, and patient with all our queries. Same again in the followup visit. Because we were concerned that the problem may not go away easily we asked about an annual contract and Joel explained how it works and what services are included. He did not push for one at all, but in the end we opted for one because of the good impressions we got out of his two visits. Their prices seemed reasonable, but we didn't do much research in this regard. A plus for us is also that their base of operations is located nearby. I may post some further thoughts once the regular maintenance work included in the contract has been carried out.

Danny showed up on time and answered all of our questions. His first order of business was to explain his treatment plan, and then, after our approval, he distributed mouse baits in strategic locations in the attic, in various crawl spaces within the house, and in the garage. Overall, he was informative and responsive to any questions we had. Subsequent to his treatment, we have had no return of the mice in the attic, and we have noticed many fewer silverfish throughout the house. The price charged with more than reasonable, and the service provided, at least for this customer, addressed all of our concerns.

They were very good. They showed up right on time and explained everything. They answered our questions and followed our suggestions.

They are fabulous. If we have any problems, they are very proactive in getting them taken care of. If any ants come, we will call them and they are very quick to come out.

Buddy is who comes to our home. He's very, very conscientious. They provide excellent, professional service. They have non-toxic sprays to use as well.
