When we spoke on the phone, they asked about what we were seeing in the home that made us want a termite inspection. From that, they did not think that termites were the problem, but rather carpenter bees. They were perfectly willing to apply the money we had paid for the deal toward carpenter bee eradication instead. We elected to take care of the bees ourselves, and the deal refund went through smoothly.

"Buddy" was prompt and thorough, checking everywhere. He found old termite damage and evidence of repair, but explained that, since the purchase of the home was with a Veteran's Administration loan, the work needed to be done if the owner could not verify that the treatment was done within 5 years. She could not. They performed the work within a couple of days.

We responded to a deal on Angie's List on Monday evening and they called the next morning and set up to come on Wednesday, between 8 and 10 AM. David was on time, arriving about 9 AM. He came in a company truck, wearing a company uniform, so we knew he was who he said he was. He listened carefully to our concerns and then did a thorough inspection. He explained what he was going to do and what we should do and expect. He returned everything he moved to where it was.

The treatment was more preventative although I had noticed the occasional spider in my glue traps in the basement. Also, I was having a problem with silverfish coming in through the skylights. The treatment nipped both problems in the bud. I was very happy with the outcome and with the service person who came out.

The guy was great (can't remember his name as I write this two months later). We had ants coming into the kitchen from several different directions. He identified where they were coming from, sprayed the perimeter of the house, left bait for them in target spots. He explained everything he was doing and why, reassured us about any toxicity concerns (2 yo in the house), and left us with extra bait/instructions incase any more ants came.

We were selling our house and we noticed a couple of bees coming out of the woodwork around our deck. We saw the advertisement for a basic inspection priced at $65.00. The vendor stated that we did indeed have carpenter bees and some had bored small holes in the underside of our deck. Since he was already there, we asked him if he could do an all pest inspection so we could forward it toprospective home buyers. We knoew it would cost more, but we wanted to make sure our house was insect, rodent, and generally pest free. He inspected for termites, carpenter bees, carpenter ants, roaches, mice, snakes, ants, crickets, bees, spiders, and any other types of common household pests. He also filled and sealed the holes the bees had bored. The price was pproximately $100.00 more than the basic service, but it was worth every penny. The job was thorough and very professional. We were relieved and the people who purchased our house were delighted to know that our 20 year-old house was absolutely pest-free.

They were great. It was just the big deal price. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. They were very good and had good customer service. They were good at explaining everything and when I called them, the appointment was within a week. I would use them again.

The range of spray was not sufficient. Ants showed up again. The technician was polite but sprayed narrowly based on his previous experience. I asked to spray over the wall of the house on the deck where his pump sprinkle could reach but it was politely declined.

I emailed the company on Sunday and I got a call back on Monday. They setup an appointment for Friday and I was told I would not have to be there because it was outside. I was not home when they inspected the bench but I had a call from them and a written note explaining what they had found and what treatments were required. I did call them and was giving an explanation of the treatment and was told the complete deck was checked and found to be free of carpenter bees.

Everything went well. I received a call within a day or so after purchasing the deal. I was able to get an appointment for later that week. The gentleman arrived within my appointment window and assessed the situation. He stated there wasn't a nest but the bees were most likely gathing materials. He showed no fear when two bumble bees buzzed by his head. He treated both areas with a powder and/or spray and so far the bees are gone! He was very friendly and knowledgable. Will use again if needed.

Called Monday for service, appoint made over the phone for 1-3 PM the net day. Competent service person arrived at 1PM and handled the bee colony for the agreed price with the Angie's list discounts.

I had them come out to help solve the noise in the attic, thought we might have squirrels. We did, my husband had set some traps and the company just placed them more appropriately . They evaluated the issue and did not charge me for work that we could do ourselves, (checking traps). Eventually the squirrels left and we trimmed the trees where they were getting in. I appreciated the free advice and help infestation gave us with this problem. As we were looking at where the squirrels were getting in we noticed a much bigger problem, we had English hornets coming into top of roof area. They can be pretty dangerous so I appreciated the quick response infestation had with eliminating this pest on the second visit,they powdered the area, haven't seen the hornets since, hopefully they are not back in spring.

So convenient to work with this outstanding company! The employee named Ken Barger is very helpful and knowledgeable about his job and shares information. This is the second time we've worked with this company and everyone answering the phones to the owners is terrific.

e tDaniel Glazer was the provider. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He told me the ants would probably return and it would need treating for several years, if not forever. I know this to be true, and it was honest. He sprayed thoroughly all around the foundations (not just the kitchen area) and reported that he found ants in one other place, although they aren't inside currently. He also left some bait. Literally, the last ant I saw was the one he crushed while demonstrating to me what I should not do--because then they don't take the bait back to the nest. I plan to call this provider each spring as soon as I see the ants.

In order to get an estimate of the problem you are charged $65 for the visit. This is waived only if you decide to utilize their services. This may be fine for some but I have to get bids from multiple providers before my landlord will pay for wood insect damage service. If I was asking for a formal home inspection then I could understand but I am not going to pay to have a basic walk through.

Justin came out after we had caught several mice over a 3 months period. He was prompt on his arrival, and very informative. He let me know that even though we had been catching mice they reproduce rapidly so without laying bait the problem really wasn't going to go away. He did a very thorough walk through of the inside and outside of the house and placed bait in multiple areas. He was also very kind in answering my multitude of ridiculous rodent questions. The cost of assessment and bait laying is usually $185, but we were able to take advantage of the 15% off for new customers. I am happy to say that we are now mice free and should we, God forbid, ever have this problem again I will definitely call Infestation Control.

The roaches started dying within twenty-four hours and after four or five days I never saw another live one. And they have not reappeared to this day, four months later. No sprays were used. It was a happy ending to an unpleasant situation.

I have been using Infestation Control for several years. They are a wonderful, family-owned company. The technicians are professional, courteous, and thorough. One time last year, the technician Daniel, told me I had signs of rats coming into the house in the basement. (I had thought I had heard scratching sounds, but had not seen any rodents.) He called me aside to give me the news so as not to upset my stepson. We were planning to go on vacation soon so we made arrangements for them to set out traps while we were away. (Before we left for vacation and before they were able to come by to set the traps, we did see the rats in the house and were quite freaked out by it.) Daniel took care of everything while we were out of town. We contacted them while we were on vacation to check on the status and they let us know how things were progressing. There were no signs of rats after we returned and we have not seen any since. They were very responsive and sensitive to our plight. Everyone, from the person who takes the calls to the technicians who perform the service, is a delight to deal with and they get the job done. I highly recommend them.

Steve immediately got busy checking the older traps and right away pulled out a dead mouse I didn't know was there. Then he went out to his truck and got a jar of peanut butter and 8 new "old fashioned" traps, filled them and place in eight strategic locations in basement area. He wants to go around the house in the spring and check for any spaces where they might be getting in and close off for me (anticipating next winter.) That seemed like a really good idea. He has used several methods this winter to eliminate these pesky rodents for me, so one method doesn't fail we have a backup. I like that. Gave me peace of mind. He told me I had to clean out a sections of basement where I store my canvasses and paintings, which I will do and gave me other advice which I will follow. Steve is great and the company is very responsive. It did cost a lot for the service up front, but the service is phenomenal. I always ask if Steve can come because he knows my house and all my pest problems. I've been with them for two years now and will probably continue to use their expertise in future.

Checked every inch of our property for re-infestation. Steve is a warm, knowledgeable technician that always goes above and beyond what is necessary or expected.

Steven (I think?) did a great job and took his time assisting us. He went beyond just setting traps and explained how to prevent future pests and the types of things they would be looking for. They were also able to respond more quickly than other vendors and were at my house the day we called. As we walked the perimeter looking for entry points he also gave tips on preventing insect growth and breeding spots. It was a very informative consultation. 2 days after he set the trap we saw signs that the pests had taken the bait and have seen no future signs of pest infestation. excellent service for a very good price. I will definitely use them again.

Buddy arrived right on time and put my mind at ease as the swarm turned out to be flying ants. He inspected the entire house including basement and gave us a honest assessment that nothing further was needed at this time. Very knowledgeable and congenial. We found a good exterminator when we need him!

Steve Goldberg is an excellent contractor for Infestation Control, Inc. He is always punctual~ arriving right at the beginning of the quoted window for service. He is extremely knowledgable, honest, friendly and thorough. He is forthright about treatment costs and if particular treatments are necessary. In the past, Steve Goldberg has treated our house for mice, insects, and bees. We trust his advice and service and highly recommend him to anyone needing pest/insect service.

I have used this company for almost 10 Years. I receive a call weeks before to schedule my appointment. I always have the same technician, which is very conforting. Dave comes promptly and is knowledgeable and always courteous. He always asks if there are any problems before he starts spraying. Always asks if it's ok to go to the different floors. He is very respectful of my property. When I have had to call for other problems, I have had a quick response. Very pleased with the company and will continue to use them.

Justin arrived exactly on time, then quickly and accurately diagnosed the insect that I saw crawl into a 1/2" hole in a roof rafter of our front porch as a carpenter bee. Further inspection revealed some additional holes in another rafter. He treated the rafters and gave our house a good report. We're very happy to have learned of ICI recently through a friend. We most highly recommend ICI as knowledgeable, fair and honest.
