Description of Work: I filled out the angie's list form and in the "additional information" I mentioned that we could hear the yellow jackets scratching inside the walls and that, of course, we'd like it taken care of ASAP. When filling out the form, it didn't have an option for same-day service, but that's what I ended up getting. Although I'd put down the day after as being available, they sent someone immediately who came by and took care of the problem from outside of the house - thank goodness because the very next day a few dying yellow jackets managed to get through the wall into our kitchen! I can't even imagine how awful it would have been to come home to that if they hadn't already been treated. So happy with the promptness of this company! Haven't had a problem since =)

Description of Work: We have had a continual infestation of carpenter bees that have been drilling holes in the wood of the screened in porch. Finally called Infestation Control and their expert came and filled the holes containing the bee larvae. We should not have new bees next spring. Also, gave advice on staining the wood of the porch around holes which will suppress bees returning to drill more holes for their larvae.

Description of Work: Termite Inspection for real estate contract. I have used Infestation Control for years as a Realtor, and I have used their pest control services as a homeowner. I've found them always to be professional, prompt, and helpful.

Description of Work: Justin came out as scheduled to work on my carpenter bee issues. He very expertly worked on the wood trim on the front of the house and removed the nests. He also treated the area and cleaned the bee residue off of the siding. He performed the job efficiently and answered all of my questions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend him to anyone with issues similar to mine. Justin alerted me to the fact that when I initially went online for this service, I mistakenly paid for 4 treatments instead of 1- total $660.00. The cost for the services he performed yesterday was $300.00, and he said that I should contact you for a refund of the remaining $330.00 (credit). Thank you for your time in this matter. Description of Work: We called infestation control about a flea problem in our house. They made an appointment for the next day, and were ready to treat the house at that time, however we had them come back the following day. They explained in detail what the treatment steps were and what steps we needed to take in advance and after treatment. They were on time, thoroughly treated the house, and solved the problem.

Description of Work: I called Infestation Control as I was having a problem with ants. They were very friendly on the phone. They put me on the schedule for 2 days later. their technician was prompt and very nice. As it was raining they guaranteed their service for 30 days. As of now the ants have disappeared! I would use them again. They are a bit expensive but offer Angie's List customers 15% off for the first visit.

Description of Work: I thought I heard a squirrel in the attic, so I called them. They were able to come out a couple days later and do a full inspection, which was thorough, and demonstrated their knowledge and professionalism. Turned out it was mice, but they took care of it, and did a thorough inspection throughout the house. Very nice, prompt and honest.

Description of Work: I found this Company on Angies and the office was very helpful and said they could get someone out at my convenience. TJ was at my home exactly on time and diagnosis the terrible smell and bugs that have been plaguing us. He took the time to explain the causes and that it was something not to be too concerned with. He provided options to do ourselves. Great experience
