In & Out Movers And Relocation

Description of Work: Three movers came, they were very very slow. Refused to pick up some boxes since they had books in it. We had to demonstrate that we could lift the same so how come they were unable to do that. One person carried 1 dining table chair or 1 corner lamp every trip instead of optimizing. Included lunch break in the moving hour estimate. Did not assemble the beds since they ran out of time.

Description of Work: I've used them several times over the last couple of years. I hire them to relocate some of the athletes I manage.

Description of Work: Not very friendly, not responsive and a bit rude. This company did not even try to help. They need a new manager, after the 4th call he recommended I cancel the deal since it would not work. Really frustrating. They charge extra to travel to where you are and then mileage and gas fees as well.

Description of Work: We were moving into a house that we are rehabbing. Since the house was not quite ready, we requested In and Out to move our furniture into the garage and basement. Movers were punctual, polite and extremely professional. We needed to change our moving date several times because our house was not ready, but each time Igal was extremely accommodating and understanding- really nice since this was a stressful time for us. When the movers arrived at our new home to unpack the truck, it started to rain and thunder. Igal let me know that his movers do not work in the rain and would have to wait until the rain subsided to unpack the truck. Since we were being charged by the hour, and were being charged as the movers sat in the truck waiting for the rain to stop, Igal recommended the workers stop for the night (it had been a long day) which would also stop the "the clock" on our charges, and return in the morning to unpack the truck, which they did. I appreciated In and Out trying to save me a few dollars. I would definitely refer IN and Out to others.

Description of Work: I have never had such amazing service when it comes to moving EVER. | |From my initial conversation with Cherly to the day of the move everything was perfect. The movers were extremely friendly and courteous, and the shift leader made us feel like we had nothing to worry about and in fact we didn't. The movers took wrapped everything and took their time to ensure nothing was scratched or broken. | |I can not say enough good things about this company and I will most definitely use them again and tell my friends about their outstanding service.

Description of Work: The person on site quoted different prices than the person I spoke with by phone. I also had a written quote to confirm the price. There were addition costs he wanted to charg. They damaged my piano and have not taken responsibility. They have not responded to my email or call. Also our Grand Father clock is not working properly. It has to be serviced. They have promised to send a check for the piano, but as of yet they have not done that.

Description of Work: Picked up packed boxes and various household goods and moved to our new home- very friendly, efficient and helpful - all went smoothly and I would happily use them again !

Description of Work: Packing is less desire. Spent too much time and very inconsistent packing of items from room to room. Why would a pet toy be wrapped and fragile items not. Just bad or lazy way of wasted time and space on truck.

Description of Work: They moved a one bedroom apt to a 2-bedroom apt approx 10 miles away. The move went just fine. I gave the vendor a B rating because he was not forthright in the ad. The ad said 2 movers for 3 hours; however, it should have said 2 hours because one hour is taken right off the top for travel time. Also, the ad said 41 blankets came with the move; however, the owner didn't know anything about 41 blankets. If you use this company, please get EVERYTHING spelled out up front about what the "Big Deal" does not include. They will not move things in plastic bags and there will be an extra charge for using their boxes. This should have been spelled out in the "Big Deal" ad. The movers were great, very professional, and on-time.

Description of Work: Only issue was that I bought the deal for 4 Men moving crew for 4 hours and only 3 men showed up and their owner on the phone claimed genuine mistake and offered an extra hour of service. Although move took around 10-11 hours, I think having 4 men would have made a difference of at least 2 hours in total time. That said 3 men were professional and worked hard and completed the move in a reasonable amount of time and that's all matters. I will probably use their services again later however, will reject if they show up with fewer men or shorter truck for any reason.

Description of Work: I moved on a rainy day and they made sure nothing got wet and nothing was damaged. It was a very difficult move since there involved a lot of stairs, but they did an awesome job.
