They were very good. They were very professional and very outgoing and I like that very much. They were on time and they just went above and beyond. Everything was fantastic and there are no complaints. They were incredible. I will recommend them to others.

When my wife got a new job out of state, we had to move everything we owned, with little to no time to pack it all. We called In and Out movers to see if they could help us with packing AND moving. They sent a man named Milton out to our house to do an estimate. Milton was incredibly nice and very honest - he made sure to get as much information as possible so that the estimate was as accurate as possible. On the day before the move, they sent over a crew to pack our stuff...and when the job threatened to take longer than they had anticipated, they got two more guys over to ensure that everything would be ready for the move the next day. They did not label all our boxes though...so be sure that someone is around to oversee things a bit. The day of the move, the truck and the guys appeared on time, and were able to get everything out of the house earlier than I had expected. The truck drove through the night, and appeared at the doorstep of our new house early the next morning. The guys did a great job, and got everything off the truck in good time. But the biggest positive with In and Out Movers was in their responsiveness. The fact is that, throughout this process, some mistakes were made on their end. This might be an inevitable side effect of such a large job...I honestly don't know, as I have never hired movers before. However, while some companies might stop answering the phone once the money has been paid, In and Out Movers took my call when I told them about the issues that had cropped up, and they worked with me several times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was right, and I was satisfied. For this I am very grateful, and I would gladly work with them again. So in summary, In and Out Movers was an honest company that was always prompt, always fast, and always thorough. If you're hiring them to move, you're in great hands.

We hired 3 movers to help us empty a storage trailer and then move everything into our new house. They showed up on time, were extremely courteous and professional, and took a great deal of care with all of our items. The hourly rate was $99 for three men, plus a $99 fee for travel. They provided the truck for transit between the storage facility and our home (about 12 miles) and there were no additional fees for the truck/gas. I suspect there are better rates out there, but their fees seemed reasonable for what we were asking them to do, and the quality of service all around was excellent. I also appreciated that they did this work for us with only 7 days notice. It was a busy time to move, and they were very accommodating on short notice. I would absolutely hire them again.

In & Out Movers And Relocation. were excellent. They worked non-stop, they hardly took a break. It took eleven hours and they just worked straight through. The lead guy fixed my bed, and they were very careful about how they wrapped everything. The guys from In & Out Movers And Relocation. were very conscientious and friendly.

I had an ok experience with In & Out. It started really well with my initial phone call. Due to another company failing to keep their promise, after purchasing a Big Deal from them, In & Out came to the rescue. They had a crew ready and willing. For that, I'm thankful. My initial estimate was for $1000 - it ended up with $2500 + tip. My mind was blown to see how much they charged and there were still some things left in my house after they left. Now, granted, I should have looked around to make sure all was done, but even some items I was specifically asked about, did not make it to the truck. I have to give mad props to the team leader - he asked how big my storage space was and told me that there was no way I'd fit into that space (despite the storage folks saying I would). Thank goodness I listen to him! I barely fit into the larger space. Holy cow I have a lotta junk! =) While I was impressed with most of the people from In & Out, I have to be honest - one person on the team, kept pointing out 'You have so much stuff' - yes - I do have alot. However, it made me feel awful that I had that much stuff and to constantly be reminded of it, just broke me. Moving is VERY stressful, no matter the situation, I just wish that there would have been a little less 'so much stuff' and a little more 'let's get it done!'. The 2 gentlemen who were loading were absolutely INCREDIBLE! I've never seen gentlemen work so hard, with 100+ degrees and STILL have a smile on their faces. I've never used a professional moving company before, so I really didn't know what to expect or really what was expected of me. I know that I made some mistakes of my own in this move, including leaving my purse out to be packed, leaving my camera out and some other things I should have dealt with before they came. I'll know for next time. Overall, take away the COMPLETELY underestimated cost, they did a good job. I'll know more once I unpack everything. =)

They were very efficient. They moved us very, very quickly, but it was just frustrating because of the morning of the move, basically our hands were tired and they showed up and they said hey its $18 to wrap every item and by long we have to wrap every item and now that is not going to happen. They still wrap everything and they did not charge us for it. They were very efficient. They were very quick. They got the move done I believe in about six hours, so we were very happy with how quick they did job. It was just very frustrating.

Given the favorable reviews on Angie’s list I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by In and Out Movers. First, they were over an hour and a half later than their estimated arrival. Second, and most importantly, the estimate they provided when scheduling was substantilly less than what the total ended up being. This was because the movers charged us for wrapping and re-wrapping furniture and boxes. While I appreciate the care taken in wrapping some pieces, they chose to wrap pieces that were completely unnecessary. For example, the leader said he would not move my pictures with them wrapped the way I had wrapped them—which was tripled wrapped with bubble wrap. They also wrapped items that were already closed and sealed. The supplies for wrapping and re-wrapping added over $600 to the total price of the move! Even if the movers felt that some of the wrapping was necessary, it would have been nice for the team leader to check-in with me at some point and update me on the incurring costs. I’ve moved four times in the past ten years and I have NEVER been forced to wrap certain items or had movers re-wrap items that were already bubble wrapped and secure. I feel like I was a victim of price gouging and I think it is unprofessional to not mention this added expense during the estimate. Had I known about In and Out’s wrapping policy, I would have gone to my local packaging store and gotten the supplies for $40 or selected another moving company that would not have forced me to wrap items and then charge me $600. Finally, when it came time to settle payment the leader stood over my shoulder and when I got to the portion of the payment regarding tipping, he pointed to the tip line and said “this is where you tip me” and if that wasn’t bad enough, when I tried to add the tip to my credit card, he asked for cash. Sadly, I would do not recommend these movers.

It was three hours job and one hour travel. They were pretty good. They were explaining me very well. They were on time. There was a $200 material cost and it was not expected but it was okay. It’s better to be informed that there would be those kinds of material costs.

The movers were about an hour late, but I believe this is due to traffic coming from the Silver Spring area all the way down to Leonardtown, MD. They loaded and unloaded the truck quickly and carefully at the old residence and new residence. Nothing was broken and the movers were courteous. They also went above and beyond to help the client's grandson move a bed that was not part of the original contract.

Although the service on the actual moving day was okay, we felt very misled in terms of pricing and obligations. When we asked for a quote, we provided detailed information on how much there was to move and where we needed it moved to. We were given a quote with an hourly rate. The actual move took twice as long, and therefore was double what we were told. In addition, we needed to pay for materials such as tape for the moving blankets they placed on our furniture. We were never told about this, and the price for materials was outrageous. I would have understood if we needed things packed for us, but we had everything ready to go. In addition, the company called us the night before we were scheduled to move and told that the truck had broken down and we could not be moved that day, there was no backup. I had to call and complain to the company in order to get a price reduction for the missed appointment as well as the extra "surprise" charges taken off. Only when I threatened to call American Express were we listened to. I still paid more than I was quoted.

Everything went well. They did not leave any scratches or marks on walls. I would definitely do business with them in the future. The manger, Igal was the person would made this worthwhile. He was generous, understood my concerns and also gave me a discount on the wrappring of some of my items! Igal was great and very understanding!

The owner of the company personally contacted me with compassion for our family's situation and accommodated all of our needs. He offered a super discount on boxes and when I was not able to come out and pick them up, just because I had so much on my plate, there was no pressure to purchase them from the company. I appreciated the whole thing being stress free!He met us out our home and provided us a very reasonable estimate. He sent great movers who literally did not stop until the job was complete. My husband and I were more than satisfied with the service and we highly recommend In and Out Movers.

Best deal I could find. This was the second time I used them and I will probably use them again. Make sure you ask about the cost of additional supplies before you hire them.

These guys are GREAT! They delivered what was promised and more. Prompt, Courteous, Professional. They went the extra mile to insure our move was stress free. They wrapped all furniture to prevent damage and packed things very carefully. Things were placed where we wanted and they were very careful not to damage anything. The price was right without hassle. I highly recommend these guys.

I thought I called the Baltimore location, but the Germantown location came out instead. They charge $90.00 an hour and all I had them move was a wardrobe, dresser and a couple of nightstands they reported they worked 7 in a half hours in fact they were here for 3 hours. They charged extra for the gas, even though I called the local office, and they charged for the 2 hour travel time as well. Not very happy with this service.
