Description of Work: This was our first pool opening ever in my new home. They were in a big hurry and neglected to vacuum the leaves out of the bottom, which was the previous owner's fault. Otherwise their chemical treatment was great and we had NO problems with water quality the entire summer.

I called them for a cleaning and inspection of my old hot tub, which has not been used in three years. They fit me into their schedule the very next day since I was off that day. They came to look at it and gave me an honest diagnostic that the pump is broken and the whole system is so old that I should probably get the whole thing replaced. So we didn't clean it today and they decided not to charge me.
