house cleaning
 + -1 moreThey came, ran the vaccum, pretended to dust and left. Company would not even offer a redo. Lesson learned - never sign a paper without inspecting every inch of the house. Are they really still in business.
Description of Work: missed rooms; missed several places for dusting; a two year old could have done a better job.

 + -1 moreThey sent two people and they were out of here in an hour. They cleaned the bathrooms, but the master bath had dust on the floor and they missed the outside rim of the bathroom. The sink was not clean and there was water left on the vanity. They missed the downstairs bedroom completely. I have a rasied ranch and now they tell me the basement doesn't count. Get real - it is part of the house, it is finished, it is taxed, it is open,. They did not do the stairs, dusting was sporatic. They said will come back for a reduced rate. Like I need to throw away more money. They did not clean 3 bedrooms. This was by far the worst experience that I have had with cleaning companies.
Description of Work: I purchased and I upgraded service to clean 3 bedroom house.

 + -1 moreI bought a Living Social voucher for this maid service in the fall of 2011. The voucher was good for a year. I called the company and emailed them repeatedly to schedule a cleaning. No response whatsoever. Living Social gave me a credit back to my account (not a refund). Epic fail! Stay away from this company at all costs!
