I was not happy with their customer service. When I asked them, well I can't do anything without an estimate. They basically said they do not do estimates, and that they concentrate on value, and the fact that I'm shopping around for estimates, I'm not the kind of person they want to do business with. I said that I did not want to do business with them either. They did come and look at the tub, but I was expecting an estimate after they looked. The people that came out was really nice and knowledgeable, but the customer service were not professional. They came in and tried to talk me out of the walk in tub. They weren't very good. My mom was like that's not really what I want. They talked a lot and looked at a bunch of stuff, and that was it.

I have absolute confidence in George. He's honest, trustworthy, and simply will not do shoddy work. In fact, he has declined to do projects for me where I wanted to cut corners and not do it "right." I have a lot of respect for that!! It's the opposite of what most contractors are like today. Highly recommended.

It was a disaster. They had us install a shower door that was too heavy for the wall. When tiles started coming loose from the wall, they refused to come back and suggest a solution. They blamed another vendor for their mistake. We filed a complaint with the county who suggested we go to mediation. They never showed up. I wouldn't go near this vendor for any home improvement. They also put a nail through a water pipe, causing water damage in our home, but that was minor compared to the disaster in the bathroom.
