The service was great! Jonass was available on evenings and weekends. He responded promptly to both phone calls and email. My computer needed new hardware. Jonass took care of everything and had my computer fixed very quickly.

Martins was responsive, professional and reasonable with his rate. He was able to get our computer up and running and retrieved data that others said was impossible to retrieve. He is polite, patient and explains each step of the process. He was clear about the work he would be performing, didn't over-promise, gave an estimate before starting the work and was accommodating in terms of scheduling services. In addition to the work he did for us, he also assisted my elderly mother with getting her new computer going, helped her switch email accounts, consolidated two Facebook accounts she inadvertently had going simultaneously and did some basic training about email He also was able to save old data and emails which at first seemed impossible to do but he took the time to research and figure it all out. She was pleased with the results and felt she found someone she could trust and understand.
