Very well. Their work is of the highest quality and standards and best of all they hauled away all the trash that we identified.

Great...one measuring issue, and they corrected that promptly. We love the suggestions they gave us to get the most bang for our buck. Only complaint is in buying subsequent pieces if we want to, they are very pricey and since they are not compatible with any other systems, you have to buy from them.

Great stuff. Garage looks completely different. Very easy to keep organized, and simple to rearrange components as your needs evolve. Installation was very well done and professional.

Excellent experience. We were in search of a garage organization system and reached out to GarageTek. They came out, within short order of our initial phone call, for an in-home estimate. The representative, Peter, was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our needs and desires. He did not try to sell us the most expensive system...he tried to design the best system for us. He succeeded. Once we agreed to the system and price, they set up installation within the week. The two-man crew arrived on-time and they, too, were professional and friendly. Installation was completed promptly and they took the time to familiarize us with how the components work. They did a great clean-up, too. One great thing they offer...for free...is a 21-day period following installation whereby the customer can return or exchange components in case a component you purchased just doesn't work for you or in case you need something different. The system is not cheap but it's a great value. We now have a very efficiently-organized garage where everything is in its right spot, is easily accessible, and, frankly, it looks great. Great experience and we offer our highest recommendation for GarageTek.

The installation went very smoothly. I was shown how each bracket fit into the wall and why they had to be placed on the rows with nails. All parts are moveable so I can rearrange them as my needs change. I am so impressed by the product quality and professionalism of the crew. Plus I am the envy of all my friends for my cool wall in the garage.

It was pretty good and they did a good job. I am fully satisfied.

I called them up to schedule an appointment. I found out their pricing was way out of line. The Big Deal I purchased only covered one wall and it would have been thousands of dollars to do the entire garage. When they told me the pricing was thousands of dollars for one wall, I declined the service.

Excellent service frfom start to finish

Initial call for appointment was quick and easy. Peter came out and measured garage and performed their system design on laptop software with 3-D visual analysis. Adjustments made on the fly with software to include cost estimates. We agreed on price and designs were printed within one hour. Second appointment made to install on Friday, April 19. Completed in 1-day. Excellent workers were polite, courteous, and efficient. Great experience and absolutely recommend. In fact, I referred to a co-worker to Garage-TEK.

The service from this company was great, as well as the quality of the materials. The only issue I have is with the price. We used the Angie's List deal where we got $1000 for $399 but the fine print makes it so that you have to spend more. We ended up having to spend an extra $2000 just to get one wall of our garage done. They wouldn't even let us split it on two different sides of the wall to help lower the cost because of some of the fine print details. So, while the coupon saved us a little, we spent much more than we had planned. That being said, the overall finished look is clean, the shelves are sturdy, and we're happy with what we have. It's expensive to order more shelves units/hangers, but once you have what you need, you shouldn't beed to replace it anytime soon.

I am happy with the garage system. It is pricey, But I can get my car in the garage now.

Acquired the discount coupon in late Fall, contacted provider near Christmas, scheduled for January, family got sick so rescheduled for February. Provider was VERY cooperative in the scheduling and applied the coupon even though it would have already expired by the time of the actual installation. We were impressed with the product and professionalism and accuracy of the designer/estimator/measurer. Installers arrived on time, were efficient, and followed the drawings to a T. After installation, explained how to adjust the system, and pointed out how some customers used the space, including ideas we had not thought of. At installation delivered all of the parts we had ordered except one, which was delivered to our door a few days later. The ONLY problem is that their slatboard and cabinets will not accept the hangers we already had from other sources, e.g. we cannot attach our existing perfboard tool organizers in the cabinets. They have their own versions.

Excellent service and work. I did have to call and have them come back to return work bench to its original position but they did this promptly.

I wanted a good organization system for my garage and got it to my delight. The installers arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. They were curteous and obviously knew their job. My only caution would be to appraise everyone of the cost -- somewhat-to-obscenely high for some/most of the accouterments. They were well constructed but shouldn't have cost what they charged. Don't get me wrong - the system is GREAT - but quite pricey. A small one car garage cost me more than $7600.00.

It went very well. They did an estimate before the work. The sales person was great and came back with a quote. He threw in a couple of additional items in the quote. They showed up on time, completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. All in all, the experience was very great.

From the estimate to the installation this was a very smooth process. We liked the computer lay out of the storage and love the way that the system is modular and storage components can be added or moved.

The arrived on time and cleaned the work area prior to departing. I did not fiNd a lose screw or nail in my garage or driveway. Several months after the installation I continue to be very happy with the job they performed and give them 5 STARS. They are responsive and awesome!

Everything was great. It took a little while to get the appointment scheduled because we were playing phone tag and leaving messages. Once the appointment was scheduled, it was a piece of cake. The designer came out, took the measurements and then sat down with me and my wife, showing us 3D CAD drawings of our garage, allowing us to see what things would look like ahead of time. Once we agreed on the design, he gave us the price. I was shocked. The price was quite a bit higher than I think it should be, but I agreed, paid the deposit, and scheduled the work. They came on time and did great work. After the installation, they showed me how to use/arrange the system. We were very pleased and would certainly use them again.

After having the 1st and 2nd walls upgraded by GarageTek in 2009, I took advantage of an offer for the remaining area of my garage to be finished. The staff was punctual and finished the work in a day. My garage is great. The value is better than I would have envisioned before I took the plunge to have GarageTek finish my garage space.

On Oct. 8th, two workmen, who could hardly speak English, tried to put the wrong components in my garage. They had one closed and one open cabinet, 2 shovel racks and a large rack over the cabinets; this was the incorrect design plan. When I refused to accept the open cabinet, I was showed a copy of the old plan and I showed the workman the new correct design. There was a closed cabinet on the truck & I requested it. I was told it was for the next stop. My contractor's car was parked behind the Garage Tek truck & I refused to let them move their truck, until the closed cabinet was installed. He had to call Peter & a few minutes later the 2nd closed cabinet was installed with 2 shovel racks and a large rack over the cabinets. I gave them the shovel racks. IF I ever use Garage Tek again, I will insist on someone other than Peter.He provided POOR customer service and didn't listen to my needs an d wants.

I talked to someone on the phone and they told me what services they offered. What I wanted was one wall done, and when they told me that would actually cost about 3,000.00 which is 2,000.00 over the Big Deal I purchased so I will not be able to use those services at this time.
