+ -1 moreBob was very professional and did a very nice job extending our current AC system to the second floor. It works and looks great (so far - he finished only yesterday), and he left the area nice and clean after he was done. He did come a day later than it was scheduled though, and he was late by a couple of hours both days he was working. He did call to notify me every time. The price was right, and he provided free estimate, but work overall took longer than we expected.
Description of Work: Two additional vents and a return (new ducts) added to the second floor of the house (added to the existing AC system).

+ -1 moreAccording to another professional, they never installed the humidifier and when I called them about it at first they were very nice but then wanted to charge me to come out and it got unpleasant. My mistake was that I should not have had anyone else look at the system. If I had not I would have taken them to small claims court.
Description of Work: New A/C, furnace, thermostat and humidifier.

+ -1 moreIt was ok to use that as a guide to measure against other retailers who offer the same type of product and service. Some companies are not meant to be large central air installers, the smaller companies who can do this generally work for the larger retailers as subcontractors.
Description of Work: I called for an estimate on installing an entire systemincluding air conditioner, heating, etc. I had used this company before, for servicing my old unt, and had very god experience in that regard, but after having several others give estimates, I was not impressed, especially when finding out that the unit was an older discontinued air conditioner model, and the price was way off base as compare to the other businesses who I had contacted. I would say they were responsive and professional, but they did not offer a very good deal, or quality product for the money. They do well for repairs, I would recommend them just for that.

+ 0 moreI know the work was outstanding as they left my house feeling good and cool. If I can remember right, I think that their price was typical as it wasn't extraordinary or anything like that. I'll go with them again in the future.
Description of Work: I had them put in an air conditioning and furnace system within my home. They also cleaned all of the duct work.

+ -1 moreWE'VE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND GENERALLY HAVE POSITIVE EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. REPAIRS ARE GENERALLY MADE ON THE FIRST CALL. THEY'RE ESPECIALLY GOOD AT EXPLAINING HOW TO USE NEW SYSTEMS.
Description of Work: FOR $145 YOU CAN GET A ONE YEAR SERVICE CONTRACT WHERE THEY INSPECT HEATING SYSTEM IN THE FALL, A/C IN THE SPRING AND GET PRIORITY FOR SERVICE CALLS.
